My beloved ones: 

The following is the Address given by the Patriarch of the Rocky Mountain Retreat at the Transmission of the Flame Ceremony last evening... 

Lord Lanto: 

"Good evening my honorable friends, it is always a privilege and a pleasure for me to speak about our Focus at the Tetons. As I send my Love to you, I honor, I revere, the Focus of the Almighty in your own blessed hearts. Reverence for Life - how I love that Flame - and may you feel it in every fiber of your beings and have reverence for all life everywhere. 

This is a very busy time at our Retreat as we set into motion the plans, the preparations, which have been made for this half-yearly Council. These plans are of great import this year as you will learn as the month progresses and as some of the Edicts shall come forth the Radiation from this Retreat will be felt at the Summer Conference of the Spiritual Hierarchy on Long Island. 

The magnificent Members of the Karmic Board are already here and at this moment they are enthroned on the beautiful chairs provided for them - carved, ivory frames with Jade Green upholstery. These Beloved Beings are attired this evening in varying shades of green and gold, in deference to the Flame at this Focus. Beloved Confucius, our Hierarch, is wearing a green silk mandarin robe trimmed in gold, and I, similar attire. The reason I give these little bits of information is to make you feel that we are real Beings of Power, Light and Love, not ephemera? Beings who waft through the atmosphere - Beings who have walked the Earth just as you are now doing. 

We are concerned at this hour, particularly with Peace for the Planet Earth, and we are indeed pleased with the success thus far that has been accomplished in certain Nations. You have heard, many years ago that there would be a Divine Government on this Earth - the seat of which would be in these United States of America, the Heart Center of the Planet. We are delighted that some of your leaders have chosen to make the pilgrimage to other lands to bring about Unity, a camaraderie. This is the beginning, my beloved ones... the pulsation that sets into motion God Government upon this Planet - all outer manifestations to the contrary notwithstanding. PEACE SHALL REIGN in the hearts of men ere many years have passed. 

I should like to tell you that this evening the Forcefield over the Tetons is a replica of the landed surface of the State of Wyoming. We have chosen this because so many people all over the country and from other Nations have always felt the Radiation of our Retreat as they come within the confines of the Tetons, and thus it is very easy, it does not require a lot of effort, to bring the etheric garments to a place that gives them Peace and a change of vibratory action. 

I shall now tell you something which is very important - so hear me well - above the amphitheater this evening is a glorious crystal pedestal, and upon that pedestal blazes the Immortal Victorious Threefold Flame - its Radiation stepped down, of course. This Flame of Balance is necessary for the Earth at this crucial hour in her evolution. It is above the amphitheater for the reason that the chelas and those who come could not tolerate in their etheric garments the Radiation which is flowing forth from that Glorious Flame of Life. 

Let me further tell you how significant it is... our beloved Lord of the World, Gautama is even at this moment in contemplation of the Threefold Activity of Life in the Flame Room at Shamballa. This mighty Being is energizing the Flame of Balance in the hearts of all mankind during this period. He has chosen to remain in the tranquility of his own God Flame rather than participate in the actual Transmission Ceremony. Lord Divino, the Buddha, has also remained at Shamballa and when the Breathing Ceremony takes place, he will energize that glorious Flame from the Tetons with his Love as it traverses the Earth and the chelas will join with him as it comes to Long Island. As the Breath goes forth on the Flame track, the chelas will feel a mighty surge of Light. Mark you well, dear Friends, these are momentous times in the Cosmic Evolution of this Planet and we choose to give you a few pertinent facts upon which you may contemplate, and according to your feeling world and your grasp of the importance of the hour will you release the energy of your own blessed beings. 

I bow to your Light... I bow to the Light in all Life, and please remember that I am your friend and I love you, each dear blessed chela.
