It is with great Love that I present to you today excerpts from the address of our beloved Ascended Master Saint Germain, given at the Summer Conference...

0 Thou Supreme One, the Mighty Source of all Life "I AM" I call forth thy Blessings upon these, my dedicated Friends of Light - bestow upon them that quality which each requires to bring them into the awareness of his True Identity - a living, pulsating cell in thy Great Being! 

This has been a magnificent week and is particularly gratifying to the Spiritual Hierarchy because you have all been lovingly and faithfully receiving the instruction which we are giving you in a more illumined manner. 

Let us now turn our attention to the recent assembly of the Karmic Board at the Tetons. I know you are anxiously waiting to know what Dispensations were granted... well, many were held in abeyance and that is one of the reasons why the Members of that Great Council decided to come to Shamballa during these Classes, to observe your reaction to our Directives. I know you will realize that the chelas have received extraordinary grants through the years and should be able for the balance of their journey on this Earth to easily attain their Freedom in the Ascension Temples at the close of this life. It is felt that it is imperative that specific attention be given to the younger generation... our leaders of the future! 

We are extremely gratified that many of the youth have come to these classes and especially those you term "children". Many of you have been making calls to the Karmic Board for dispensations on their behalf and beloved Portia has said if you will continue in these demands - by releasing your energy toward your project, that all will receive favorable consideration at the half-yearly Council in December. So that you may be aware of some of the Petitions which have come forth: 

"That the Bonds of Forgetfulness be removed when incarnating" - Now, there are exceptions to the rule when Children of the Seventh Root Race come into embodiment. There are some already here who will soon prove the point that this Petition has received favorable consideration from the Karmic Council and will be among those that are under special consideration in December. 

Another Petition: "The setting aside of destructive free will of the younger generation." That surely is a large order and may I suggest that you instead call for the purification of the younger generation... who knows how many lives they have lived and are now coming to Earth to make good! 

While man walks this Earth he has free will, for that is part of his evolutionary process. We realize the sincerity within your hearts to assist, but sometimes the detailed aspects of that which you ask are not fully understood. If you will continue your calls for the purification of the young - not just spasmodically, but daily, you will bring them to the point where their free will becomes God's Will as they are purified and are Christ in action. This applies not only to the young but to all who walk the Earth we are leaving the form of the Decree to the developed momentum of your lifestream - some feel they must make positive audible statements to accomplish a purpose; others must enter into contemplation and draw the Sacred Fire in that manner; yet others are more compatible to the release of harmonious music. 

Do you not see that we are asking you to use your Free Will to accomplish a purpose? Several years I issued the statement that it was not wise to say "thou shalt not - you must do so and so, in such a manner" for in so doing you would stymie the momentum which is built into the lifestream. The Command "Thou shalt not" is the prerogative of a Perfected Being who sees only through the eyes of Truth."
