Beloved Ones:

The following excerpt from an address by the mighty Planetary Silent Watcher is of tremendous importance and illumination. 

Beloved Immaculata  

July 13, 1973 

“Children of the One Supreme Source, all of the Silent Watchers of this Planet were informed of my coming directly to the Earth today and we have consulted as to what means we should employ which would give the Earth the greatest blessing and I shall ask you now to please use your faculties of visualization... 

Since the opening of this Conference on Sunday, I have directed a Ray of Pure White Light from my being into the substance of this Earth here at Shamballa. The location of that Light is in the Focus of the Buddha in your garden. Why there? This is a focal point on the ground for the Radiation of the balancing activity of the Almighty which our beloved Gautama set forth in his teaching when he was known as Gautama Buddha - that Middle Way is achieved by the Law of Harmony. 

Bear in mind as you return to your individual orbits that the Immortal Three-Fold Flame of Life is pulsating in the Earth at this point. The Immortal Three-Fold Flame at the Royal Teton and at the Retreat of Harmony in Waikiki in Hawaii are tied together by the Light which forms the Balancing Power for this Earth, anchored at Shamballa. 

The Anchorage of these specific Foci are not in any building - they are right in the substance of this Earth, at a later date, should we consider it the part of wisdom we shall advise you of other strategic locations on the Earth's surface where Cosmic Flames will manifest... when I use the word manifest. I do so because I am referring to VISIBLE, TANGIBLE FLAMES which are the Pure Essence of the Cosmic Creator of us all! 

As the years proceed and as time becomes centuries, edifices crumble into dust, but you can be sure that the Immortal Victorious Three-fold Flame of Almighty God will continue to blaze forth from the substance of the Earth where it is now pulsating in these three locations - and be visible to the sight of those in embodiment. 

In the Permanent Golden Age, all will be pure in heart and mighty will be the Radiation and Power of the visible Flame. I am not as yet privileged to give you more on this, but contemplating what message I would bring to you, I studied carefully the plan for the Earth which is held in my Heart, and counseling with the beloved Lord of the World and others, it was believed to be a propitious time with the bringing forth in physical form the Focus of the Buddha in the Garden of Shamballa to tell you of the Cosmic Importance of this manifestation... this is part of the Great Plan heralding the time when the Flame of Love, Wisdom and Power will be visible to the eyes of purified mankind. Visualization is part of precipitation and the energy which you release from your beings can become a part of this visible Flame. 

In the Permanent Golden Age, all will be pure in heart as I have aforesaid, but to consciously be aware in advance that you can have a specific part in a manifestation of such magnitude, is an earned privilege - and I make that statement in all the sincerity and love of my being”. 

Kneel within your hearts that you are privileged to receive information of this magnitude, 0 children of the Almighty.
