Beloved Chelas: 

The Spiritual Hierarchy, in its Cosmic Service to the mankind of Earth is wholly, completely and entirely dedicated to the raising of the vibratory action of every lifestream and, for that matter, all life, into harmony with the original Design created by the Mind of God and held as an invisible but inexorable Law which must be outpictured before happiness and peace can be experienced on the Planet and in the lifestreams of all upon it. 

The clarity of Consciousness of each Perfected Being determines how much of this pure Divine Thought can be received and translated by the individual member of the brotherhood into fact. The purity, translucence and extremely rapid vibration of the original divine range is such that the Construction of all who would grasp and make it their own must be of sufficient advancement to blend with and consciously become one with its Divine Source, and so are capable of filling the blueprint. 

You might visualize every member of the Great White Brotherhood with a Consciousness like a cut crystal goblet and the great Divine Mind of the cosmic thinker reflecting itself clearly through them all. As there is no impurity within any member of the Hierarchy, there can be no confusion as to the reception and interpretation of the God Idea, and each one understanding this fully becomes one facet in its manifestation. We are all invisibly dedicated to the fulfillment of this exquisite and manifest expression of God's Will and we consider it a privilege not only to entertain within the compass of our individual Consciousness those beautiful designs, but in fact we will open our Consciousness to no other thought lest the clarity and intensity of its Purpose be dimmed. The higher the members become in the evolution of life, the more one pointed they are in contemplation of the Will of God until the line of demarcation between the ensouling Consciousness of the brother and the all-encompassing Consciousness of the Godhead is so delicate that it cannot be perceived by any but a Solar Intelligence. All have become ONE with their purpose and so train their Consciousness to be receptive to the Divine Ideation that they carry it throughout all their conscious activity as the predominant and motivating power of their Beings. 

You, too, and all who desire to serve God's Way of Life may open your consciousness and, having received even an inkling of the God Plan; proceed to externalize it in manifest form.
