My beloved Chelas:

Many individuals when they think of the Holy Spirit turn their attention to a specific Being who has qualified for that office for the Planet Earth, or in a cosmic capacity for a group of Planets under the Radiation of a particular Sun. 

However, the chela should expand his consciousness to realize that the Holy Spirit is the Divine Plan fulfilled for the expression of life flowing through every manifest form, for the keynote of each one's being is a harmonious expression of Light. 

When any lifestream achieves the point of mastery over the energy in his world - when every electron passing through his vehicles vibrates to the tones of harmony and balance - he or she automatically tunes into and becomes one with the constant outpouring of the Holy Spirit which I have the privilege of representing, channeling the Radiation of the Cosmic Holy Spirit into the consciousness and beings of individuals abiding upon the Earth, and through the other Kingdoms as well. Every self-conscious action, his own lifestream, becomes a channel for the expression of the Essence of the Holy Spirit and his particular service to mankind is cosmically pressed into manifestation by the cosmic pressure of the Holy Spirit. The avenues of the senses carry not only the vibratory action of his own God-given momentum of Love and Light, but he becomes an artesian well, so to speak, through which flow all the gifts and powers that are representative of the Holy Spirit to the Earth. 

You have heard it said that the Holy Spirit is God-in-Action every lifestream who comes into obedience to the Law of his own being is also God-in-Action. The natural radiation of his cosmic tone is an outpouring of the Holy Spirit which is a natural radiation of his own life’s principle when attuned to Harmony, Balance and Love. 

Individuals from time to time through the centuries have, by the nature of their devotion to a cause, or a particular inspiration, tuned into and became one with the Cosmic Holy Spirit for temporary periods of time during which they brought forth exquisite manifestations of beauty, art, literature, exquisite compositions and inspiring sermons that carried more than ordinary powers of conviction to the people. These individuals, however, returning to their own vibratory action, closed the channel through which the Cosmic Holy Spirit flowed and became again very "earthy" individuals. Those who retained the connection with the Cosmic Holy Spirit by abiding in the Law of Harmony became the Ascended Host of Light, and it is to this goal of achievement that I would point you now, remembering that the channel through which the Holy Spirit flows is HARMONY. 

Consider the dedication and great Love of the Cosmic Holy Spirit - Beloved Æolus - in the service which he renders to you and to all life by releasing to your outer consciousness periodic instruction through which he prays that you will soon become God-in-Action at all times.
