Good evening, I am the Goddess of Liberty, come to Earth from my Temple around the Sun to present a tremendous opportunity to you. Will you kindly be seated and hear what I have to say!

Liberty is a gift of God - Liberty is an opportunity for you and for every man who accepts that magnificent Virtue, to be free from the shackles of the human and to dwell within the Christ Consciousness for all Eternity. 

Will you accept me in the very recesses of your Being? Do you truly wish to be free, not just the feeling that you may have while in my Presence, but free for all Eternity? You can, you know! 

We are looking for chelas who will serve in the Christ capacity for the remainder of their embodiment on Earth, to join the great Legions of that beloved son of Heaven, our Lord and King, the Ascended Master Saint Germain! 0 yes, "I love Saint Germain" you say... I say, prove it, PROVE IT by sustaining Harmony in your beings. Why think you that you are being saturated with the glorious Cosmic Essence of Harmony, if it was not due time for the chelas to sustain that radiation of Harmony! I may sound very strict - I am not. I am a loving Being of Light... and it is my duty to point out the various aspects of the Law. I am seldom given an opportunity to speak and I grasped the moment presented to me this evening to come into your midst! Our beautiful Lady Rowena, such an expression of Grace and Dignity, and such a worthy successor to our beloved Paul, the Maha Chohan, as Hierarch of this Retreat, lovingly said to me - "I bow to you... please speak to the chelas, I know that I shall have an opportunity in the near future to do so." 

Beloved Lady Rowena is a magnificent expression of the Light - a most gracious hostess at this Retreat, which you know is the outpicturing of the Consciousness of the beloved Paul. It was not long ago that she walked the Planet Earth, and if in such a short time she could attain chohanship - what is detaining you, the chelas, from like accomplishment. I am pausing so that you will get the import of my words! 

I have come specifically this evening to cut you free, through the Liberating Flame of God Almighty, from all that binds you to the lower self... let go, I say, LET GO of all that is of the human!!!! Nobody puts that radiation in your aura except you - you are the keeper of the Light and what you do with that Light is through the use of your free will. 0 my God, I pray that these dedicated chelas, for dedicated they are, will know that their free will should be God's Will! 

People are aware of the Focus of Liberty in the New York Harbor and pulsating within that Statue is the Flame of Liberty. The harbor of the Liberty Flame for you, individually, is the Christ within you... I beg of you, expand your Light until the Liberty Flame flowing through you will bring Balance in everything you do. 

Can you not put two and two together? We are speaking constantly of the Law of Balance, the Law of Harmony, and the Immortal Three-Fold Flame. We are endeavoring with all the Love of our beings to bring to the chelas of Earth the conviction that the Three- Fold Flame of Almighty God is within all Qualities, all God Qualities carry that Flame of Life. You see all are blended into ONE… yes, they are blended into One, but it is up to you to accept the feeling of God "I AM". Stand with your God... it is up to every individual lifestream to walk the Path with the Father-Mother God and the only reason you step from that glorious Consciousness is through the use of the human consciousness which intrudes itself because you hold to it! 

Nobody can hold the Higher Consciousness for you if you wish to dwell in the lower realms... but with all the Radiation going forth and so recently at the Summer Classes, the great Lords of Light in Heaven's Realms are hoping that your consciousness will expand within the next six months so that when you appear before the Members of the Karmic Board at the close of this year, you will show great improvement in the expansion of your Light! If you so choose to accept the opportunity which I present to you this night, you can stand before us in the full stature of the Christ. 0, to dwell within the Presence of God is such a beautiful estate! It is not separateness, it is joining with all the Beauty of the Universe and all the Joy of service in helping your fellowman to a like estate come with me into the haven - the harbor of my being - and let me show you what I mean! I cannot force you to; I can just invite you and draw you closer by the momentum of my Love and that great Virtue - Liberty! 

Now I would like to speak about the activity which took place tonight and which is pulsating at the glorious Retreat. Beloved Paul, the Maha Chohan, beloved Victory - Divine Complement of Lady Rowena - and hundreds of great Beings of Light attended the Ceremony, and as that lovely lady breathed upon the Flame the glorious strains of the Marseillaise thundered through the Universe. The Liberty Flame pulsated with such strength, such power; we could feel it in every fiber of our beings. As the Flame, which was composed of tiny Three-Fold Flames traveled around the Earth, It was accompanied by this Retreat rhythm. All the time this Focus is specifically activated, the Earth will be literally drenched with Balance, the balance of the Three-Fold Flame which is a part of Liberty. This Retreat is so magnificent, would that you could see it with your inner sight, but we are depending upon your feeling to enter this Focus and be bathed in its Holy Essence. 

The amphitheater is a tremendous Garden of Light and it extends over five hundred miles in every direction. In this beautiful garden at many intervals are exquisite fountains of Light which are really stepped-down Radiation of the Three-Fold Flame - stepped down because all who come to the amphitheater during this month will be bathed in that holy substance. In the Rose Gardens there are marble benches where the lifestreams may be seated and ponder the flowing Essence of the Fountains. Their attention will be drawn to the Flame by the Flame of God within their hearts, and the members of the Retreat of Liberty will be walking through the gardens so that anybody who wishes assistance may receive it - it may be silent assistance, or audible. The Music of the Angelic Choirs and the Symphony of the Spheres will be heard at all times, sometimes muted to bring quiet to the inner bodies, and sometimes in a tumultuous manner to shake the lifestreams out of the lethargy of the human. 

My blessed ones, I love you. I love you as a mother, because you are the children of the Father-Mother God and I have the great privilege of bringing Liberty to you. I watch over you, and I am happy to guide you at all times. If you wish my Presence with you, one thought from your hearts will bring a return current to activate the glorious Liberty Flame pulsating within you. I counsel you to bless that Liberty Flame, to dwell within the Peace which its Radiation brings, and in conclusion I say "I AM" grateful to be in your midst this evening; "I AM" grateful for every heart call from the souls of men dwelling upon this Planet who know not where they are going; and "I AM" particularly grateful when the chelas who know of my Presence in the Universe turn their attention to me. 

I shall be waiting that call from your blessed hearts! I Thank You."
