Dear Blessed Chelas: 

Through the ages the men and women who have been sainted within the churches, or in myth and legend, and accredited with more than ordinary powers to determine and regulate conditions by their appeal to God, are lifestreams who have achieved the mystic union of the outer self with the Divine - the Beloved “I AM” Presence, whose silent but constant powers became a part of the awakened one's heritage. 

The Presence of Almighty God holds the Divine Heritage for every man, woman and child, just as the wise father holds his wealth and assets until the time of majority, that the child might safely dispense those gifts to his own greatest benefit, as well as that of the world. 

These lifestreams do not come upon these powers of their own God Self overnight. They are those who have been seekers for the Light through all the centuries that have been, and their constancy of purpose has eventually drawn enough constancy and devotion into the feeling nature to make their Presence aware that they are willing to become part of his or her own Divine Consciousness and an outpouring of the powers as a natural result of one entrusted with the gifts and activities of the home realm. 

The journey through life’s experiences has taken every lifestream along a different path, and each one has seized more or less of the opportunities afforded to prepare for such an hour. Therefore, to one - these God Powers come easily because of previous training, application and preparation, and yet to another a tremendous effort of will and service must be rendered to secure a similar spiritual affinity. 

All through the centuries among the great Races of the Earth awakened ones have flowered, while their brothers and sisters slept. No man on Earth can say what hour any lifestream will be visited by his own glorious Divinity, but all men on Earth will bear witness to that visitation... Let all prepare for this hour and cultivate an anticipation of the tremendous rejoicing when the endeavors of the little bounden souls are swept up on the Cosmic Currents of the Great Divine Presence.
