My Beloved Chelas: 

A wonderful opportunity is being presented to chelas as we enter a new cycle of the yearly calendar, and I look forward with anticipation to your further progress in the Light during the ensuing twelve months.

We realize that Harmony is requisite to spiritual illumination and with the assistance all will receive from the beloved LaMoray during this year, and particularly while the Retreat at Madagascar sends forth its manifold gifts to enrich life - January 15th through February 14th, you will indeed be blessed.

It requires but a moment of your attention to realize the Wisdom of the Cosmic Law in selecting this Retreat as the first impulse, so that you may begin to 'set your house in order' in a most intensive manner to cooperate with the Sponsors and Thought Form of the year.

I assure you that you all have reached a point on the Spiritual Path where this alignment of your own vehicles can be accomplished without too much effort and you now have not only the opportunity but the responsibility to the Cosmic Law to do so.

I shall deviate from regular practice in that I shall include a Decree with this Release which will assist you to consciously attune your vehicles to the beloved Polaris and Magnus and add your energy to the great Cosmic Project of the hour!
