Beloved Chelas: 

As the members of the Brotherhood of the Royal Teton at the Rocky Mountain Retreat sit at the Councils held in January and July of each year they are acutely aware of the Plans to be followed by the nations of the world and their individual peoples. 

In a lesser degree, the chelas who are privileged to go to the Rocky Mountain Retreat in their inner bodies during this time also become aware of their responsibility to assist in the fulfillment of these Plans. Once you have taken your place as a member of these Councils your responsibility becomes far greater than that of the masses who are benefitted by these meetings but have not yet any part in the privilege of working for the fulfillment of the Divine Plan in cooperation with the Spiritual Hierarchy. 

Ofttimes a chela who has been admitted to the Conclave and has seen the great Plan and how he might attune himself to becoming one part of, its fulfillment wishes that he could have remained ignorant of this tremendous responsibility, but when the consciousness is awakened and the inner vehicles are prepared to be co-workers with the Spiritual Hierarchy, the outer self cannot restrain the inner consciousness from attendance and service at these Conclaves, and the strength of the Spirit then becomes the pressure and responsibility of the outer self to fulfill the inner vows and promises made at the altar of the Brotherhood. 

So, dear chelas, let not the vehicles weary in well doing for this desire to serve comes from within and as your consciousness becomes increasingly aware of the privilege, will you become more at one with your Divinity, which is your purpose in being.
