Chelas of my Heart: 

We have now entered the final month of the cycle of this year and in the feeling of the Flame of Gratitude and Adoration to the All-encompassing Father-Mother God, I should like to present certain pertinent facts to you for your contemplation and action. 

Written upon your individual Book of Life, as you well know, is the constructive service which you have given to the Earth and her evolutions, as well as the negative activities... how many really think this through... or just accept this as a regular occurrence. 

The mighty Lords of Karma allow the lifestream of every individual at the close of each year; a certain percentage of Grace and Mercy which mitigates a great percentage of the karmic debts of the year and this mercy is always measured against the motives behind all action. 

After the Lords of Karma have measured the Light of the lifestream, they are then placed within the Ceremonial Fire of purification which is projected and sustained, of course, under the direction of the beloved Saint Germain, with the great help and sustenance of the angelic kingdom, and the initiates who are educated, in the purifying aspect. 

Thus, consciously or unconsciously, every lifestream upon the Planet tastes and experiences within his own body the purifying action of the Seventh Ray at the close of every year and the soul and inner bodies step forth from this purification with a greater opportunity for progress and less accumulation of a binding nature. 

As this Flame of Purification of Mercy is consciously directed and the Lords of Karma, themselves, have given into the hands of the supervising agent a specific statement as to how much of the karma may thus be mitigated according to the individuals record, each person comes out from that purifying of the inner bodies at the instant that the lifestream has received the ultimate amount of Mercy and Grace that his own merit for the year has allowed him. 

From the foregoing, you can better understand why the New Year brings with it the feeling of great expectancy and hope - a chance to do better - for you will have removed from your inner vehicles many of the barnacles which have tied you to the actions of the lower self. 

We are in a very important era in the evolution of this Earth and knowing the sincerity of the chelas, I wish to give you every encouragement to spur you on to greater accomplishment for, in the main, you have done exceedingly well during this year.
