Today, I present to you excerpts from the Illumined instruction of our beloved Kuthumi, released at the Summer Conference on Long Island.

"Greetings, Pilgrims on the Path, I bless you with my full gathered momentum of God Illumination, which I trust will become a sustaining power as you journey ever forward on your way back home!
I am reminded today of the pilgrims in India who so diligently endeavor to reach a particular Focus at a specific time when a great outpouring of Light is taking place - some reach the place of assembly, others do not. You, blessed chelas, have followed the Light in your heart to the Central Focus of the Spiritual Hierarchy in the Etheric Realm over Long Island and to the physical Focus on its landed surface.
I most sincerely congratulate you for your expansion of consciousness, which is evidenced by the greater Light in your auras, and for your steadfastness and constancy of purpose which has brought you to this Retreat...and I bless all the dear chelas throughout the Planet who are tuning in to the activities taking place at Shamballa, by directing their attention to these meetings.
I wish to encourage those who have not been able to be here in person, and while they will nightly go with their Sponsors of the month to the Retreat at Crete, on their return journey they will be escorted to Shamballa to receive the glorious blessings of the tremendous outpouring of Light all through these eight days.
Beloved ones, I ask your cooperation in sending the blessing of your own “I AM” Presence and the Ray of Cosmic Illumination to all youth, in no matter what organization they may be serving, who are endeavoring to expand the Wisdom of the Second Ray to their own generation. They are rendering a specific and necessary service to the outpicturing of the Divine Plan for the Earth and by adding your Light and energy to their service it will do much to expand their consciousness.
It is through the Grace of Almighty God and your own cooperation in service that, you are affiliated with The Bridge to Freedom, and I counsel you to bend the knee to the All-encompassing Presence of the Almighty that you, the Bridge chelas, are among the few who have expanded their Light to the degree where you can tolerate the accelerated radiation which pulsates from Shamballa. True, the Light of God goes forth to all upon this Earth from this Heart Center, but the chelas of THE BRIDGE are the radiating centers of the most intense Radiation which flows from this Central Focus.
Please listen attentively while I tell you that the Sponsors of the Year - the Directors of the Elements - have set into motion a plan to stop the growth of any plant which would be used in a manner that would be detrimental to evolving life on this Planet - I, of course, refer to that which is used as dope - that noxious substance which befogs the consciousness and renders an individual incapable of clear thinking. This would be through the purification of the elements themselves so that none of the little elementals could follow a pattern which would outpicture in a substance designed to impede man’s purification of consciousness! This is part of a Petition presented by Beloved Virgo, as spokesman for the Sponsors of the Year, to the mighty Karmic Board. Any assistance you would care to give through your calls would be so gratefully received. The chelas, you realize, are supposed to cooperate with the Sponsors of each year, so I place this opportunity before you.
I shall speak briefly on the evil of narcotics addiction which is finding acceptance in all age groups, among the younger generation particularly. We are encouraged by the cooperation of several Governments in that the traffic in drugs will be curtailed. However, when "weeds" are plucked out in one area, they have a habit of cropping up in another. We require dynamic calls to stop this poisonous substance at its source.
We are grateful that there are so many who have had the strength of character to apply for and to accept guidance and have freed themselves of this curse, and in so doing have entered upon a constructive way of facing life. Those individuals and agencies who are giving assistance to the youth through cleanliness of consciousness and body are among the blessed wayshowers of the Lord. I shall give every assistance permitted by Cosmic Law to help all who have emerged from the dens of darkness into the Light and I reiterate, I appeal to each of you to give us added energy through your calls!
We bless all individuals who are endeavoring, and with some success, to rehabilitate those who have fallen prey to this insidious tool of the sinister force, I counsel you, I plead with you, to send a Ray of God Illumination into all centers engaged in the process of restoration of the consciousness of those so enmeshed!"
