Blessed Friends: 

At those times when there seems to be a disconnection between the outer self and the Presence, you naturally understand it is because the vibratory action of one of the four lower vehicles is not in harmony with the Presence. 

The first requirement when the outer self is distressed is to get still - to acknowledge that God is in the universe - the Power and Force of Good - and then to invite that God, your own Individualized "I AM" Presence, to give you its feeling concerning this and then let that constructive activity fill your being and world. 

Browning expressed this so beautifully in the statement "God is in his Heaven and all is right with the world." 

This activity has been practiced by individuals through the centuries and there never has been an instance where release and relief have not ensued. It is the same principle as removing a heavy load from the back of a weary traveler and allowing him to stand and stretch his muscles and then proceed on his journey unhampered by the weight he formerly shouldered. 

In the words of the song "Take it to your Lord in Prayer" this basic doctrine is simply expressed. I counsel you, each dear one, to contemplate the Truth which is presented to you today and as you travel along the Path. of Light to your Ultimate Goal the Ascension, to accept in your FEELINGS that it is to the Presence of all Light, the Christ Self dwelling within your heart, that you should turn for all assistance, at the times when your consciousness descends below the level of Perfection.
