Beloved Chelas: 

How blessed are the evolutions of the Earth on this Holy Feast Day which is known as Whitsuntide, or Pentecost, as the cosmic outpouring from the Beloved Æolus exceeds comprehension by the human consciousness. 

As you know, the Feast of Pentecost is celebrated in commemoration of the Descent of the Holy Spirit in Tongues of Flame upon the Apostles of the Christian Dispensation on the seventh Sunday after Easter. It is also a solemn festival in the Jewish Religion fifty days after the second day of the Passover. 

It is my privilege to tell you of the activities which shall take place today, and as you read this printed word, you will find that every statement is charged with the Divine Love and Comfort embodied in the Being of our beloved Cosmic Holy Spirit. 

This Cosmic celebration is taking place in our retreat at Ceylon where Beloved Æolus energized and expanded the Gifts of the Holy Spirit when he was the Maha Chohan for this Planet. All the Cosmic guests are attired in white garments; and the chelas who are here in their etheric vehicles and those who are directing their attention to the outpouring of Whitsuntide will also wear white robes. These will, of course, be worn by the etheric vehicle and are being provided by the sisters of our Retreat who have given them to your individual Seraphim who so lovingly and faithfully abide within your auras. 

The Flame within our sanctuary will expand as it is energized by beloved Holy Æolus, all the Chohans who are here, and by my humble self. This Flame will rise like a mighty column of Light and will continue its ascent until it is high above the Planet, and then the Light from this Flame will cascade like a mighty waterfall to enrich all the evolutions. 

A Representative at every Retreat, known and unknown, upon this Planet will receive into his or her Being the priceless substance which is being released, and they, in turn, will energize this Flame through the Holy Breath to enrich all life within the locality of the specific Retreat. In this manner, there will be conscious 'Receivers' of the outpouring and thus will the blessing be more firmly anchored into the beings of all life. 

This year, Beloved Holy Æolus has requested that the cosmic outpouring be charged with the activity of Harmlessness so that the consciousness of all peoples on this Earth will receive this beneficent Blessing. 

You will remember that our beloved Cosmic Holy Spirit has stated in the CODE OF CONDUCT which he so lovingly gave to the chelas: 

"Learn the lesson of harmlessness; neither by word nor thought nor feeling inflict evil upon any part of life. Know that action and physical violence is but the lesser part of the sin of harmful expression." 

Through the glorious outpouring which is taking place this Holy Day and all through the twenty-four hour period, I most sincerely counsel you to contemplate the fore-going statement until you really understand the meaning thereof. The brothers and sisters of our Retreat at Ceylon have kindly volunteered to assist you toward this accomplishment and shall specifically continue to do so through June 14th, as you desire to direct your attention toward them.
