 My Beloved Chelas: 

It is my great pleasure to apprise you of some of the Blessings which came forth at the Conference of the Spiritual Hierarchy in the Teton Mountains, held on June 29, 1969 through July 6, 1969. 

I now quote from Beloved El Morya's Address at the opening Class: 

"You know THE BRIDGE TO FREEDOM was born from my Heart; and after counseling with Beloved Holy Æolus, who was the Maha Chohan at that time, with Beloved Saint Germain and the Karmic Board, I was allowed to take my heart desire to the mighty Vesta for her sanction, I trust that you do not mind if I indulge in a little reverie, and you can further see that I am in a gentle mood today. 

Let us go back a few years while I tell you a little of the pertinent facts regarding THE BRIDGE TO FREEDOM, and I are sure that those of you who have been with The Bridge since its inception will not mind a bit of reminiscing from one who is so filled with Love and Gratitude as I am this day! 

My beloved Divine Complement, who is now the Ascended Lady Miriam was then in a physical garment, she had been a chela of the Spiritual Hierarchy for centuries, and in this embodiment for several years before The Bridge to Freedom came into being she had been under the Personal tutelage of the beloved Maha Chohan, who was in communication with her, instructing and preparing her for the tremendous service which she rendered to the Planet and to many chelas who knew her personally, and others who are now the recipients of the Wisdom which came through her illumined consciousness - the heritage which she left for the peoples of this Earth is rich indeed! 

One lovely sunny day while in the garden of her home on Long Island, which was dedicated to the Spiritual Hierarchy, while she was in contemplation and preparation, having been apprised that a Being of Light would speak to her, the glorious and mighty Vesta came and placed the investiture for our project in her heart, the knowledge of the forthcoming Bridge to Freedom! And at that time gave her letters of appointment to certain chelas who knew of her direct communication with the Spiritual Hierarchy. Later, many chelas who had knowledge of the Spiritual Hierarchy through the Theosophical Society and the "I AM" Activity were apprised of our new and expanded outlet for the instruction of the Spiritual Brotherhood not to supplant either of those worthy and magnificent activities of Light, but to, expand the knowledge and activities of the Hierarchy! 

Later, I had the privilege of instructing her to hold a Conference at the Tetons, and again I had the honor of inviting you to come to this Focus. My beloved Lady Miriam is standing by my side today and is grateful that you have again made this pilgrimage. 

As you know, all the Members of the Great Karmic Board are enthroned at the Rocky Mountain Retreat and will hold Cosmic Councils this week to consider and set into motion Plans for the ensuing six-month period, when they will again be in session here. Naturally they have magnificent quarters within this Retreat but as a symbol of their governing Power when special sessions are in progress, they proceed to the thrones prepared for them. At that time the apex of the physical mountain draws back its substance and in deep humility merges with the side of the mountain and all of the Focus is under the glorious vaulted dome of Heaven; its sides azure blue by day and twinkling with the Stars in its firmament by night - each Star being the pulsating Light of some Cosmic Being! 

In this glorious throne area, the Builders of Form have fashioned the most exquisite chairs for the members of the Karmic Board. They are of handsome ivory encrusted with precious jade, and the upholstery is of a magnificent shade of golden substance which resembles the texture which you know in the physical appearance world as brocade. The dais upon which these chairs are placed is beautifully decorated with flaming open-petal Lotus blossoms, which has such a spiritual significance. 

This man of action is One of the sponsors for the year, and in that capacity I am required to infiltrate your consciousness with the necessity for the expansion of the Will of God on this Planet and through all her evolutions. 

I do not need to tell you that the governments of all the Nations are in dire need of an infusion of the Will of God! Since accepting my responsibility as one of the Sponsors of the Year, I believe the chelas who know a little of my nature have felt the drive with which I have been prodding them, and in the majority of instances you have lovingly accepted this release for you know the requirement of the hour for Peace all over this Earth - not only in the governments but in the hearts of mankind. 

It is a mercy that you cannot see what is transpiring in the atmosphere over those places where racial and other demonstrations, and actual warfare, are taking place. It has been necessary to send some of my emissaries to stand guard and protect the constructive lifestreams who are the targets of this forceful rebellion and to all those blessed lifestreams who wish to serve God and Country in a constructive manner. Now, take your mind off that and know that at specific points all over this Earth are Emissaries of the Will of God who shall save this Planet through the pulsating Power of God’s Will and this is a point I wish to deeply and indelibly impress upon your consciousness - while we have these unseen emissaries, we are counting upon, yes depending upon the chelas who are our representatives on Earth to release their energies in calls toward the peaceful solution to all manifesting problems. 

Please understand these negative expressions are transitory, but in the interim while they are acknowledged and accepted by the mass consciousness of mankind, they are fed and kept alive by that attention. So I say to you today, with all the Powers of my Being - it is imperative that you hold the Harmony in your beings so that we can effectively use that harmonious radiation to change the quality of energy in the imperfect manifestations! Can you, who have received so much instruction from the Spiritual Hierarchy, permit your consciousness to be at odds with any other part of life?" 

Beloved of my heart, in forthcoming BULLETIN releases I shall give you excerpts from the many addresses which blessed all life through the instruction given at the recent Conference in Wyoming.
