My Beloved Chelas: 

During the Transmission of the Flame Class on Saturday, October 19th, I witnessed, with tremendous Gratitude, the glorious Flame of Illumination traversing the Earth - intensified by the Radiation from the Retreat at Madagascar - expanding that Light until the planet was a veritable Sun of great brilliance in this System. 

You, good chelas, will be happy to know that your participation in the Transmission of the Flame tied your dedicated energy into the Activity of the Hour. I thought - I shall tell my chelas that, while this manifestation was in evidence for the short period of the Transmission Service, it is a good picturization to hold in the consciousness for the remainder of this year while the Retreat at Yucatan is sending forth the so required Flame of God Illumination. 

It is the Divine Plan that the Earth shall, without too much delay, express the Immaculate Concept held within the Heart of Beloved Immaculata, the Silent Watcher for this planet, and every time you think of this Divine Image, you will add your energies to the fulfillment thereof. You know, the mental vehicle must hold the Perfect Picture which is to be propelled into manifestation by the emotional vehicle, and your further co-operation will be greatly appreciated by the Spiritual Hierarchy. 

As the Rays of Light representing God Illumination course through your lower vehicles, they also assist that Flame to impregnate the components of the little self, and thus you, too, shall become Suns of great Light.
