Beloved Chelas: 

Consider, but do not dwell upon the fact, what the use of mankind's free will has done to cloud the outer consciousness from enjoying the Will of God for this Planet. 

Mankind has drawn itself into the dense vibratory action in which man functions today. The Dawn of the New Day is seen over the horizon, -and-the previous Dispensation is closing its gates as mankind are being prepared for their constructive use of God's Holy Energy. 

The Spiritual Hierarchy is dedicated to the raising of the consciousness of mankind to a higher rate of vibratory action, and concerted effort is being made toward this end. As you know, the Cosmic Law permits those members who are engaged in the raising of this Earth and her evolutions to release just so much energy in this process and any additional assistance must come through the invocation of unascended mankind for expanded Service. You already know that an unascended being is not limited in his or her demands upon the Cosmic Law. Therefore, when we find incarnate lifestreams willing to 'bombard' Heaven for the raising of the consciousness of those dwelling upon the surface of the Earth, we cannot, or would not, deny the God Authority vested in those who choose to apply for assistance. 

When we hear the calls of the chelas rising Heavenward for themselves and all the evolutions of this Earth, assistance beyond your present comprehension is given by the Spiritual Hierarchy, and the chelas are doing much to forward the cause of Universal Spiritual brotherhood as well as their own Spiritual unfoldment. 

I therefore counsel you to keep on keeping on in this dedication to raising the consciousness of mankind and to the removing of the causes and cores of imperfection which are presently expressing in many and varied negative conflicts upon this Planet.
