Beloved of My Heart: 

Recently one of my dear chelas was in a quandary, wondering how I was able to follow through on the Instructions which it is my privilege to give them, and in great sincerity made the beautiful statement ‘are you like the sunshine or fresh air that you are in contact with everybody and everything’ or words to that effect: 

When One attains the Ascended State, or functions from Cosmic Levels, he or she knows there is no separation in this Universe, and when that Being desires to observe what an individual or individuals are doing on the Plane of Earth, it is a simple matter for him to beam his attention on them, and viewing the aura can readily observe the consciousness of the aspiring one. 

You will remember the specific instance when the chela appears before Beloved Serapis Bey at the Luxor Retreat, the 'contents' of the etheric vehicle are readily visible to the Master, and such disciplines as are necessary are set before the chela for improvement or purification. This is a privilege which the Master, in any of the Higher Levels, is able to use for the guidance of those on Earth who are under his specific direction, and for all life, when the occasion arises. 

Precious chelas, you will remember, also, that we have been stressing the importance of realizing and actually experiencing through your emotional nature, the ONENESS OF ALL LIFE! We have further stated that the consciousness in which one is functioning determines that to which one ties his energies, be it on the positive or negative side. 

The Central Core of all life is Good otherwise there would be no existence. In the ease of the negation of the Spiritual Laws in expression, it is simply a cloak which an individual has wrapped around the Pure Essence of Life, or his qualification of the Energy given to him. 

"I AM" the Breath of Life, that Holy Substance which animates your vehicles, and "I AM" with you always!
