Beloved Chelas: 

You have just had the benefit of nightly visiting the Rocky Mountain Retreat during the period ended on July 14th, and have now proceeded to the Retreat at Luxor, where you will be the recipients of the Instruction and Radiation of the Beloved Serapis Bey and his Brotherhood. 

At the Rocky Mountain Retreat you have had the privilege of further instruction in the Power of Precipitation, and Reverence for Life, under the guidance of the Brotherhood of Lord Confucius and Beloved Lanto. Oh children your vehicles have been so saturated with the Essence of the Sacred Flame which burns so brightly on the Altar at the Teton Retreat, and truly magnificent is its outpouring. 

As you now realize in your expanded consciousness, with every Breath which issues from your beings you are engaged in the act of precipitation, and that you are blessing the Earth and her evolutions, when that flowing Light is clothed in reverence for Life. Reverence for Life is little understood by the peoples of this Planet. However, in the case of the chelas, you are now fully aware that God is everywhere, in all things, and as you build a further momentum of application of this Spiritual Law, you will become more adept in the precipitation of God-Good, and can, with constantly adhering to this rule of conduct, bring into manifest form everything that is required for the restoration of this Beloved Earth and her peoples. 

It is most auspicious that you have proceeded to the Retreat at Luxor, where burns the Holy and Powerful Flame of the Ascension, the open door into God's Freedom. Following the training which you have had through the years, and which is now being expanded, your amplification of reverence for life will result in the Ascension in the Light of all that is less than God Perfection. 

Here, again, is an instance which should further impress upon the chelas that the Spiritual Hierarchy very definitely and carefully plan the order of your visitations to the Retreats being specifically honored through each year, and as a result will give the chelas and the peoples of this Earth every assistance to their Freedom in the Light, as was the original intent.
