Beloved Children: 

How many think of the life they use, or the Beings who have magnetized the Light which makes up a Virtue! 

When any of the Spiritual Hierarchy passes that life to you, their heart desire is that you will amplify it with your energy and pass it on for the blessing of all life. 

The chela, who invokes the momentum of a Virtue from any of the Great Beings, is responsible to that One for the use which he makes of the Blessing, and the Ascended Master or Cosmic Being from whom the chela has drawn the energy is responsible to his Superior. 

It is gratifying that, for the most part, the chelas now understand this requirement and do not draw the Essence of Life and dispense it idly. When the chela permits that Life Essence, carrying the magnetized Quality to be interrupted by any requalification of the human, he must realize that he is committing a sin of omission, and is responsible to the Being who freely gave into his custody the benefaction of the Virtue which he has magnetized from the Sun. Happily this is not the general rule, but it is an important point for the chela to remember. 

While the Earth and her evolutions are crying for Peace, it is suggested that you endeavor to touch the garment of the Cosmic Holy Spirit, and that of my humble self, and we shall release the Peace of the Holy Spirit, amplified by the Love which prompted you to energize that Virtue for the blessing of all mankind, saint and sinner alike.
