Beloved Chelas: 

Oh, how the blessed people of this Earth require the true feeling of Happiness. There is so much uncertainty in the mental and feeling worlds of the people that it forms a shroud upon the Planet and all life thereon. 

This uncertainty is the result of the unsettled affairs of the governments in many Nations, the financial and chaotic family conditions in general spewing forth a negative radiation on the screen of maya. 

Remember always that Happiness is a positive quality. Happiness does not just occur; it is the result of the control of the thoughts and feelings, the etheric and physical vehicles as well. A little reflection will show the chela that the Quality of Happiness can do much toward World Peace - happy people do not engender 'warring' feelings. 

To remain in a state of Happiness requires discipline of the lower vehicles, but the resultant radiation emanating from your vehicles when you INVITE the Flame of Happiness to fill your world and affairs, is to dissipate the shadows and replace them with the buoyant feeling of Joy. 

How very fortunate the chelas are to be aware that there are Ascended Beings whose Life-energy is constantly flowing forth the Radiation of Happiness. It is expedient that you remember to invoke this Flame to become a permanent part of your beings and to assist you in this activity Beloved Lord Ling - the God of Happiness, and Beloved Fun Wey but await your invitation and when this is extended you will be rewarded by the benediction of their full gathered momentum of this essential Quality. 

Experiment with the use of this marvelous Virtue, to change not only your own lives in this Positive Expression of Energy, but your fellow man as well.
