Beloved Chelas: 

I greet you with the feeling of the Pure Initial Pulsation of the Spirit of the New Year of Nineteen Hundred Sixty-five, which has embodied within It great forward strides in the evolution of the Earth Planet. 

In the next twelve-month period the chelas will be expected to give Obedience to the Spiritual Law, not in a half way measure but through the Illumined Obedience which can be theirs by tuning into the Ray of Wisdom of our beloved Lord of the World, Gautama. 

I would bring to your attention, dear children of the Father-Mother God, that an opportunity of unprecedented proportions is available to the conscious chelas who will give obedience to the directives of the Spiritual Hierarchy. 

The First Ray embodying the Will of God has begun a pulsation of unparalleled intensity and the Purification which can be yours is an opportunity which the wise chela is expected to avail himself of if he wishes to remain in that category. 

The Purification of the Student Body will go forth with tremendous strides, for you have all received sufficient instructions to realize that NOW IS THE TIME for you to join with us in the purification of the Earth and all her evolutions in a dynamic manner, so that the chaotic conditions which are presently rampant can be changed to Pure Divine Love and Harmony, whose resultant effect will be "Peace on Earth".
