Dear faithful Chelas: 

Feel the enfolding Love of the Spiritual Hierarchy with whom "I AM" privileged to serve, in particular our Beloved Cosmic Holy Spirit, as we extend to you the Greetings, Gratitude and Hospitality of the Permanent Focus of the Hierarchy for the Planet Earth. We shall welcome you in your etheric bodies when you come to Shamballa, bringing your Light and Love, to be further nourished by the momentum of the Hierarchy, until we shall, serving as ONE, hold the entire Planet and her evolutions in the Embrace of the Father-Mother God! 

I wish to specifically bring to your attention the fact that when the Spiritual Hierarchy convenes in November and December at Shamballa, it is a time of special celebration and rejoicing. As you are exhilarated by festivities in the world of form, so are we who serve in the Realms of Perfection, as we bring our own harvests for the year and place them on the Altar of Love, to the Glory of God. 

I bring this to your attention to advise you of the Activities which will take place on Thanksgiving Day in America, November 26th, 1964. Wherever you are on that Holy Day, in your sanctuary or home, at the time which coincides with 12 o'clock midday EST in America, we request that for fifteen minutes prior to that hour, you enter the Heart of the Silence and turn your attention to the Etheric Focus on Long Island. As the Permanent Ray from that Focus descends into the very substance of the Earth, each beloved chela whose attention is upon the Activity, will have a streamer of Light from the Central Focus tied into their blessed lifestreams, over which you shall be nourished continually by the Gifts of the Hierarchy from Shamballa. 

Bask in the Radiation and Love which you shall feel for fifteen minutes following 12 noon hour (while soft music is played, if possible) and then as you continue in your particular activities for the day, I can assure you that you will be the recipients of untold Blessings which will continue to flow for the ensuing days, through November 30^th, when mankind present their sheaves in that yearly service. The harvest will be great this year, for looking upon the auras of our chelas, we see their devotion to service and blessed indeed will be those who have assisted in securing and continuing the maintenance of the Physical Focus at Shamballa. In an Address which we will print in an early issue of THE BRIDGE, we shall tell you of the Opening of the Retreat and what it means to us to have a physical Focus wherein there are chelas cognizant of the desires and requirements of the Hierarchy, who will in turn disseminate the Instructions to you, each dear one. So, from the quarter before the hour of 12 noon through fifteen minutes after the hour, on Thursday, November 26th, 1964, and the entire period of November 30th, know that unprecedented activities are taking place at Inner Levels about which you will be later apprised.
