Beloved Ones; 

You will discover when these various instructions of mine are examined, a definite pattern of training which has led up to the particular place where you find yourselves today. You are on the threshold of the Fourth Dimensional Plane. 

You are being forced by circumstances to learn the creative powers that are within you and you are being aided by unseen Beings who are so sincerely desirous of having you manifest some particular cause in order to charge your feeling world with the conviction that you have the capacity and power to not only receive from the Universal the God Plan, but to effect it into form. 

Along with other Cosmic Creation, we are dedicating a certain portion of our time and Life energy to externalizing God's Will through you in the manifestation of the Permanent Focus of the Spiritual Brotherhood on Long Island. Many of you are cooperating with us and endeavoring to offer your life energy and substance to this God externalization at this moment (others are using their energy to externalizations of their choice in other fields. The reason why you seem bent on some God externalization at this moment is due to the fact that the pupil and the Ascended Master are always tied by invisible cords of consciousness, and the initiations which we take in order to make us of greater Cosmic Service require that you take a similar initiation that you may rise with us. 

You have a balloon, for example, with a string and a weight attached below. If the balloon is to rise, the weight must rise and cooperate with it. Your manifestation will determine how high we can go, because our voluntary connection with you binds us by certain invisible cords, and the height of our achievement is determined by the cooperation of your own inner consciousness. Perhaps it will be encouraging for you to know that I, in my schoolroom, and you in yours, are working at the same lesson - I on a cosmic scale and you in this world of form on a two by four. Comfort yourselves with the knowledge that all experiments can be a God experience, for we get great joy in creating a Focus or a Planet. Is it not a wonderful thing to know that Life is so fluidic that any or all of the colors of the rainbow can be used and can be beautifully blended with a corresponding sky and earth to form a place of Peace and Beauty.
