Dear Wayfarers upon the Path: 

As you have been told an accelerated vibratory action has been ordained which will pass through the inner bodies of the peoples of Earth due to entering the Seventh Cycle of manifestation, under the direction of our Beloved Saint Germain. Just as the leader of the orchestra conducts the assembled artists, and as they follow his every gesture in the rendering of a musical composition - so must the mass of mankind, whether they are aware of it or not, conform to the vibratory action of the New Cycle when it has been established in full through the conscious efforts of those dedicated to the fulfilling of God's Will in this New Age. 

The outer man is so opinionated and confused by the temporary conditions of the third dimensional plane that God's Will cannot fully enter the intellectual consciousness. In every Age some Great Being (usually the Chohan of that period) has chosen to embody himself or overshadow one of his pupils in order to establish the fundamental vibration of that Age, in the inner currents of the emotional, mental, etheric and physical atmosphere of the Planet, these inner currents, established by the Divine Beings, form a pressure which begins to affect the unfoldment of the Race, though they are entirely unconscious of the process behind such a change. 

When the change from one Age to another takes place it is a most difficult time both for the Ascended Masters in charge of the superseding cycles as well as for the humanity of Earth who feel the restlessness due to the higher vibratory action, but do not know what is causing such inner stirrings of their more subtle vehicles. 

Saint Germain, being the Chohan of this New Age, is establishing its vibratory action by drawing sufficient Energy to not only form a balance for all mankind's combined energy (it vibrates at a lower rate), but to over-balance that energy and to become the inner pressure which is the Directive Intelligence of the New Thought and Feeling which will predominate during the cycle. He has to draw this Energy from the Great Central Sun, the Ascended Masters and the enlightened peoples of Earth and must keep it vibrating until all signs of imperfection in the bodies of the peoples is superseded by Light. 

This is why my faithful chelas on Earth are of such great assistance to us at this time. By holding your own emotions in check and inspiring others walking the Earth today to pour their energy into his divine task you make it easier for him to accomplish his service. Remember you walk not alone - I AM your every breath.
