My Beloved: 

It is important for each chela to understand that when he speaks to others the energy he releases flows into their inner bodies. The listener or listeners either enter into the vibratory action of the speaker and their inner bodies pick up that vibration, or, if not in agreement, through their resistance they deflect that energy and change its course. Individuals have either a greater or lesser effect upon one another, depending on the intensity of the release of energy that each one has developed through the centuries. 

A passive or placid individual draws little energy from the "I AM" Presence and his vibratory action, though peaceful and harmonious, carries but small pressure or force for good. Any person who has lived strenuously through many incarnations carries a great pressure of energy, which highly charges his inner bodies and rushes forth into everything he does or says. So while walking this Earth people are constantly influenced according to whose energy has the greatest pressure at a given moment. 

It is of importance that the chela surrounds himself in his Mantle of Light before taking up the day's activities. Through depletion of his personal organism, or lack of application of his knowledge, he is apt to find his flow of energy weak, and when he moves into a highly charged atmosphere of individuals immersed in human thought and feeling, the energy pattern of his inner bodies is unconsciously weakened by those predominant concepts. Later he will experience a sense of depression. Through alert contemplation he may realize that he has been bombarded by human thought forces. It therefore behooves the upward striving wayfarer to rhythmically enfold himself in the Cosmic Vibratory Action of the Luminous Presence of an Ascended Master to whom he has an affinity. By doing this he will automatically repel all "foreign" influences that might change the polarity of his own thought and feeling forms. 

The chela can experiment with great personal delight by turning his attention to any particular Ascended Master and he will find the Ascended One's cosmic beat of energy waves completely distinct from his own vibratory action, and find it, too, a great source of strength, encouragement and inspiration.

A case in point is that of a chela who, a few years ago "lost" a beloved one from the Earthly world of form. This dear chela, when the sense of loss seemed overwhelming, called mentally to the Beloved Ascended Master Kuthumi, who, of course, responded immediately, and so the chela's consciousness was held high (one might say that Kuthumi made of himself a humble mental crutch) until the chela once more could stride forward, knowing in Truth that his beloved had been merged into the formless Ocean of Loving Awareness and Glorious Light. 

Most of my chelas today have passed from their little individual worlds into the great knowledge of the All-Embracing One Life. They know that by uplifting the consciousness they draw the good clean God Energy for constructive purposes with the momentum of the Ascended Host behind, it, to swiftly bring into manifestation the Good to benefit the individual, a group or the Earth.
