My Beloved Children: 

Many volunteers from the Hierarchy of the Fourth Dimensional Plane are at present engaged in returning the Earth to its normal golden color, for this color has become a red-orange through the chaotic emotional condition of most of its peoples. 

The water element and the emotional bodies of those presently incarnate upon Earth are being developed and evolved at this time on the Planet Earth. The developing, evolving or processing of anything or any individual means a kneading, working through, or molding of that thing or individual - and is not a period of atrophy or of sitting still. 

The Earth is the Water Planet or the schoolroom of emotional development, stability and control. Water, being fluidic, requires a form in which it can be cradled. The earth element, a small minority, less than a third of the total substance of the Earth's circumference, forms the "cup" in which the water or emotional element is cradled. Therefore the Earth is more evolved than the water and is the guarding and enfolding Presence of the unformed emotional substance, the water. On a previous globe the substance of the Earth itself was perfected and as a Water or Sea Planet could not be coalesced without a vortex or cradle, Virgo and the Earth Element chose to hold the emotional nature of the mankind now existent, and those to come, within the arms and heart of their Love. 

You have been told that each lighted candle adds to the Light of the world and so each of my beloved chelas who gains and holds control over his emotional body, remaining serene in times of upheaval and stress, is of inestimable value to these Beings of Light, who have volunteered to restore the Earth to its initial rhythm, its harmony and its golden color. These faithful, beloved children who cup the Light in their frail hands and their stout hearts as they struggle upward on the Pathway are always unknowingly enfolded in the Light of the Ascended Host. 

It is immediately a matter of cosmic import when the cosmic rhythm proceeding from the heart of the Seven Solar Logoi changes its pulsation, color or tone. For as storm clouds indicate the approach of atmospheric change, or rain, so does this change of color or tone indicate to all who can see, that there is a cosmic crises at hand. This cosmic rhythm is as sensitive as is the pulse of the human body to any particular disease of the human form. 

One might wonder that it is not governed entirely by the Seven Solar Logoi who created this Earth-theatre where individualized Life might secure training and become Gods, but it must remembered that it is a Gift of the Logoi to the humanity of Earth, and it/they - the people of Earth - who must design to a great extent the continued pulsation of the Life-giving, health-giving, strength-giving Flame. 

To these faithful, stable chelas walking the Earth at this time I say be not affrighted by the emotional explosion occurring at various points on the Earth's surface an in most countries at this time. Hold the peace, remain serene, and look upon them as an awakening or reaching out towards man's heritage of God's Freedom. 

Stand firmly enfolded, within the Flame knowing that the hypocritical tyrannical oppressors of men's souls and bodies will be dissolved in the Light of the Age to Freedom into which the Earth has moved.
