Victorious Accomplishment!

November 1, 1992

Beloved Ones,

You know Me as Mighty Victory, the God of Victorious Accomplishment. The Star from which I come is Venus, the planet of love, into whose orbit this Earth will one day enter. It is my joy to address you today, at the opening of the Permanent Temple of the Ascension Flame at Shamballa.

You may be aware that the doors of my home in the electronic belt around the Sun are also open right now, and my qualities of victory and accomplishment through cosmic love are flowing forth freely to the people of Earth. I ask that you, the chelas of the Great White Brotherhood, open the doors and windows of your consciousness at this moment, to receive the full cosmic momentum and assistance of my gifts to you. In turn, it is your responsibility to amplify the light and love you receive and see that it keeps moving through your beings at all times to feed the hungry, and give drink to those who thirst!

When I tell you this, I do not ask you to make a new commitment, for you have already done this! I merely remind you that you are now fulfilling the vow which you made before you came to the Earth plane.

You have been told that the way into the Ascension Temple is through my Temple of Victorious Accomplishment, located in the etheric realms of planet Earth over the British Isles. This is true, and I would like to explain the meaning of this statement more fully. Before any man or woman may make the ascension, they must first balance the Threefold Flame of Divinity within their own hearts. For so long, humankind's attention has been projected outward to all that surrounds him. Now, when the process of turning the attention within is taking place, tremendous concentration and tenacity of spirit is required. To accomplish what you desire in the outer, you must begin with the proper attitude from the inner. The only attitude that can bring forth the New Age of Spiritual Freedom is one that is assured of victorious accomplishment! It must be maintained and sustained, with or without encouragement or agreement from anyone or circumstance outside yourself!

While the Ascension Flame was anchored in the Temple at Luxor, my temple over the British Isles and Lady Rowena's temple over France, were constantly connected to it by great spans of light. This was not merely to protect the Ascension Flame, but also to assist all embodied lifestreams to balance their sacred threefold flames. This is the necessary preparation for entry into the Central Temple of the Ascension Flame to receive further initiations under the auspices of beloved Serapis Bey and his Brotherhood. My temple and Lady Rowena's are now connected with the Permanent Temple of the Ascension Flame at Shamballa for the same purpose. Like my brother Serapis - my divine complement and I have also vowed to stay with the evolutions of Earth until her ascension in the light is victoriously fulfilled.

The Permanent Central Temple of the Ascension Flame at Shamballa is not entitled "permanent" because the Ascension Flame has returned home again, to its place of origin - the Sacred Isle of the Priesthood from whence it came. Although there are many foci of the Ascension Flame around the Earth, the Permanent Central Temple of the Ascension Flame shall not leave home again!  

I wish to give you a brief description of the Temple of Victorious Accomplishment, of which I AM the Hierarch. The Flame Room in my temple is circular, and quite large. It is surrounded by and connected to three outer temples, each of which is dedicated to the expansion of one of the activities of the Planetary Threefold Flame; love, wisdom, and power. The overall appearance is similar to the shape of a three-leaf clover.  

The temple of my divine complement, beloved Lady Rowena, is called the "Temple of the Heart". It's symbol is the fleur-de-lis. It also represents the perfectly balanced activity of the heart-flames of every lifestream, as well as the Planetary Threefold Flame which is anchored at Shamballa, under the care of beloved Gautama, Lord of the World. We are but two of those who assist him in this sacred task. I remind you that the perfect balancing of the Threefold Flame within the Earth must take place before its Ascension in the Light.  

You are my friends, many of you coming as guardian spirits from the same planet as Serapis, Rowena, and myself! You are the sacred embodied temples in which the flame blazes! You have been entrusted with a living portion of the Flame of the Ascension in the center of your beings. Like the Flame in my temple, which is pure white with a golden radiance, it is protected by the three outer temples, representing the balanced activity of the Threefold Flame. As your Threefold Flames are brought into perfect balance, they enter into the buoyant, raising, spiraling action of the Ascension Flame Itself! When this balancing is completely accomplished, you too, may "come home" to go out no more!  

Beloved of my heart, does not the fact that you are working as cells of the planetary spiritual heart center of Shamballa tell you of the victorious accomplishments already made? Does not the fact that you are permitted entry into the Permanent Central Temple of the Ascension Flame tell you that you are actively and consciously assisting in the balancing of the Threefold Flames in the hearts of all humankind right now? Does it not say that you are also assisting the beloved Holy Triumvirate, especially the Lord of the World in guarding the Planetary Threefold Flame? Does it not also indicate that you are already manifesting victorious accomplishment in the permanent vibration of peace on this planet, as a true family of man, now and forever? I tell you, do not be surprised during this month if you find yourselves at one time or another in my temple of Victorious Accomplishment, at the request of beloved Serapis Bey! This work of balancing the Threefold Flames in your hearts, and of assisting your brothers and sisters in the family of man to do likewise, is of the utmost significance, and your help is needed!

In closing, I ask that you ponder deeply upon my words, until you truly understand the tremendous love, wisdom, and power that have been entrusted to your care. I will gladly assist each one of you in your personal balancing, whenever you ask. Together, we are now preparing the Earth, and as you now form a unified Chalice of Christ Consciousness, I will blaze my light of victorious accomplishment into and through it, to all life on this Earth!
