Beloved seekers of God's Truth,  

It is my hope that all of you who have made this journey home are enjoying your time at Shamballa and will receive all you require to continue smoothly and quickly on your life's path. How busy each of you have been over the past several years, especially since the beginning of this final decade before this world moves into the next two thousand year period! Those of us in the higher realms have watched, with great joy, love and anticipation as so many lifestreams on this planet are beginning to awaken from the slumber of the ages and starting a wonderful journey of spiritual unfoldment, both individually and as a planetary family.  

Every person who is searching for the 'rest of the story' when it comes to their many thoughts and previously unanswered questions has acted as a catalyst to increase the timetable of this magnificent process. By asking for answers many additional teachings have been published and classes set up within the various spiritual organizations that most people tend to connect with the incoming New Age. Due to the calls made over the years there have been many new articles written and programs created throughout all areas of the news media and avenues of entertainment to fill the growing needs of people.  

Does this not show you the power of the group energy on this planet. Do you not recognize the power you have over all your current life situations and even your future? Anything and everything is within your grasp. You each have the power to precipitate whatever it is you require. However, please remember that you may not be totally aware of exactly what is necessary for your individual development. You may not have a clear and complete picture of what you need to experience in your life as you walk the path toward self-mastery, but someone does.

Beloved ones, it is and shall always be through the love, wisdom and power of your I AM Presence that you will be presented with the perfect situations to assist you in dissolving all the ties to your past you no longer need. Your God Presence is also creating the many opportunities you need to complete certain tasks, learning what you need to from each one, so that in the future, you will perfectly continue to fulfill your divine plans.

What do you believe will happen, beloved ones, as the clock strikes twelve midnight on December thirty-first in the year 1999? Do you believe this world will magically transform into a magnificent paradise where the words pain and discord no longer have any meaning in the new world or will the burdens of this world become greater and the challenges in your life become more difficult? I would like to share a little secret with you that I AM sure many of you are already aware: "The magic that you each yearn for so much already exists! It can and will be found within you, if you but allow yourself the time to find and then nurture it!"

Your choices in the past define who you are right now. In the same token your choices now will define who you will be in the future. Once again, I do not believe you recognized the tremendous power you wield in the Universe, beloved chelas! As each of you have lived many lifetimes, most of which you may not even be aware of, you have probably done almost everything there is to do on this planet, both positive and negative in nature. It is time to recognize this fact. Acknowledge the wisdom you have acquired over the ages. Also, take a moment to forgive yourselves for whatever transgressions to the laws of life you have committed for, in his love and mercy, God has already done' so. Let go of all that negative energy still stored in any part of your beings.

This is a time of rebirth and resurrection! Take advantage of this sacred and holy season to assist in rising above all that "old stuff," most of it consciously unknown to you, that continues to hold you back from the full light of your own God Perfection. The time is fast approaching when you must see yourself as I do and I hope you choose to do so soon.

I find the theme of this conference exciting and wonderful. If you are not familiar with its meaning, efficacious means having the power to produced the desired effect. So "Efficacious Harmony" means you have not only the opportunity but the power and ability to attune yourself perfectly to the peace and tranquility of the Presence of God I AM in you. During this conference if you choose to do so, finally take responsibility for your life and all that it entails. By accomplishing this you may also be able to integrate fully with all life.

Beloved ones, you no longer have to be afraid! Yes, the completion of this task will take all the strength, faith, courage, patience and love you can master as you efficaciously work to manifest that all-encompassing mystic reunion with our Father-Mother God, but I assure you the completion of your journey will be worth your every effort! Remember also the other gifts and blessings that come with harmony: understanding, cooperation, unity, oneness and above all friendship for our beloved brother Saint Germain has said: "friendship is one of the greatest gifts we will ever have in our lives!"

You are ultimately responsible for everything that happens in your life, my beloved co-servers. Your future depends upon your actions of both the past and present. Every thought, feeling, word, action, reaction¾in fact everything you have ever experienced since you were nothing more than a tiny spirit spark is helping in creating the wonderful and unique individual you are. This beautiful being of light―the reality of your true being―is beginning to reveal itself in the world of form.

Don't forget to keep the flames of freedom burning brightly. It is time to share your divine heritage with others so that they, too, can begin to look at this world with new eyes and move forward in their own spiritual development, reassured that they are loved by God and there is a reason for being.

You stand at a new threshold, beloved ones! The greatest power in the Universe is calling to you now. The love of our Father-Mother God is reaching out to claim its own.

We were all born out of love. We are evolving through love and we shall ascend back into love! My beloved stands with me today, patiently waiting with arms outstretched. Open your minds and especially your hearts to him and allow your spirit to become Holy Spirit, now and forever. So be it!
