Beloved ones,

I shall begin my discourse this morning with a question: How are each of you dealing with the new and higher frequencies of energy that are currently being directed in, through and around your beloved planet Earth? Those of us in the higher realms have noted that some of you have become more consciously aware of the subtle shifts taking place and many of you are observing energy in a way you may never have before. There are even a large number of lifestreams on your planet who do not as yet recognize this increase in energy at all, but are responding to its influence in their lives in very positive or very negative ways.

You must always remember that these higher energies increase the effect of any and everything they come into contact with. If you are happy and look at life from a positive point of view, then this increase in vibration shall seem to make your life even better.

On the other hand, if you are unhappy and have a hard time dealing with your day-to-day experiences, then you could become even more depressed without understanding the reason why. Because of this fact, it is extremely important to pay particular attention to your feeling nature during this time in your planet's evolution, for it is very easy to be thrown off balance and lose your peace.

This increase in energy is actually causing the reality of your entire being to change! Reality, by definition, is the quality or state of being which encompasses the totality of your existence, and to assist you in finding your true reality you must always remember¾where your attention is, there you are! So obviously, 'reality' may not be the same for all people depending upon where they focus their attention. In fact, people who share the same home and seem to have a very close relationship with one another, do not perceive life in the same way due to their personal development, life experiences and current level of consciousness.

Let us take, for example, the quality that is available to the children of Earth this month. The reality of unity, beloved ones, could become the reality of either beauty, comfort, safety, divine love or a combination of any of these or other qualities. Or taking this point to its next level, the divine reality of unity, is the perfection of the accumulation of everything positive that has ever taken place in all life since the beginning of time, up to and including what is currently happening in this universe that harmonizes, unifies and brings life into a perfect state of oneness. Depending upon how you choose to look at life¾this becomes your reality beloved ones!

The power of the quality of unity will become more obvious, for in the not so distant future people everywhere will be given greater opportunities to unify their own inner energies. At times these opportunities may come about through what has, in the past, been thought of as sickness or discomfort. But do not despair beloved ones, for disease is simply a lack of unity and alignment at the cellular level. Do not concern yourselves so much with why this is occurring, but see it as yet another way in which to work with the Ray of Unity, this time unifying and aligning all your metabolic energies with pure light!

Much has been written on your planet as to why certain diseases occur, and what mental and emotional conditions may lend themselves to manifesting as specific ailments. Always remember that what occurs in your etheric, mental, and emotional vehicles outpictures itself in your physical vehicle, and what occurs in your physical vehicle may be seen in your etheric, mental and emotional bodies. Therefore, when asking for healing, always ask for healing of all four of your lower vehicles, for as you progress further upon your spiritual path, your four lower vehicles must become balanced and unified.

Beloved ones, you must also become more aware of the specific activity and function of the Ray of Unity. You must work to heal the physical, etheric, mental and emotional vehicles of all humanity, as well as the lower bodies of your blessed planet Earth, for the healing of this planet shall come about through the healing of all people who live upon it. By becoming a chela and choosing this Activity of Light as your life's path, you receive the clarity of consciousness and oneness of purpose to be able to work more perfectly to bring healing, peace and harmony to this world through the teachings found here at Shamballa.

Those of us in the higher realms are all individual pulsations of light, just as you and all life on your planet, and we choose always to combine our life-force for the good of all life through energy and light. You, who sit before me now, have also made this choice. The process of ascension, or upliftment as some may prefer to call it, requires that all your life energies come into full alignment with God's light. All misaligned or negative energies held in any or all of your four lower vehicles must now come to the light to be transmuted and cleared. Also, do not despair or question why me? during this process, for 'me' within the Ray of Unity is 'us', ALL OF US! Through the process of purification and transmutation you will soon all be able to move into and maintain your life at a much higher vibratory level where everything is pure light and divine love.

Beloved ones, take great joy in your existence on this planet and those of your many brothers and sisters with whom you have chosen to serve the Light of God that is eternally victorious just as we do. The magnificent process of your spiritual unfoldment is truly beautiful, for your trust and faith adds a brilliant radiance to your light that is magnificent to behold. I speak for the entire membership of The Great White Brotherhood when I say: You truly are loved beyond words!
