New Year Conference

Beloved of God,

We stand together upon the threshold of a New Age, when the fullness of personal and spiritual freedom shall again become the manifest reality of every lifestream belonging to Earth's evolutions. The seeds of freedom were planted in the Earth long ago, and they have been nourished and protected through the ages by the steadfast love and attention of Guardians such as yourselves.

Now, the seedlings push through the soil into the light of day! Open your eyes, and with your inner vision you shall perceive the Truth, as those who walk the Earth with you are freed from states of consciousness that have held them imprisoned in the slumber of centuries! On behalf of those who now awaken, hold fast to the knowledge that there need be no struggle or strain, as the old makes way for the new! Remember, there is no shout of distress from the Earth, as the tender sprouts emerge through the crust to receive the benediction of the Sun. With joy and gratitude, the soil provides the nourishment needed and then moves aside, as the process of evolution moves toward fruition.

All appearances of discomfort result from the fears of the past―held within the etheric body―as such fears affect the mental, physical and emotional vehicles. The weight of karma upon the evolving masses has been much relieved through various dispensations of the Karmic Board over thousands of years. Indeed, it is not karma―but rather the fear of karma, which wreaks havoc within the mass consciousness.

The Law of Karma has been greatly misunderstood through the ages. As with all Divine Principles that govern evolution, this Law was created as a gift of Love from our God Parents, to the newly-born Spirit Sparks who were to inhabit this planet. During the tenure of the First Root Race upon the Earth, the Law of Karma fulfilled its intended purpose of perpetuating the energy allotments of each Divine Child. Under this Law, each Child of God was free to use the infinite substance of the God Parents, creating without limit according to the First Cause of Perfection for All Life. As each creation moved forth from the heart, head and hand of the creator, the Law of Karma insured that the energy sent forth would return in abundance, ready to be sent forth again in Divine creative activity! Thus began the cycle of GIVE... RECEIVE... GIVE... RECEIVE―the very rhythm of the heartbeat of Creation!

The Second and Third Root Races also abided in peace upon the Earth, working within the beneficence of Divine Law to fulfill the purpose of their time here. It was during the tenure of the Fourth Root Race that the Law of Karma first became an object of fear to humanity.

During this time long ago, humankind offered the hospitality of the Earth to certain planetary orphans, who have been known as the 'laggards'. As the laggards were welcomed to the Earth, they brought with them the consciousness of 'good and evil', such concepts having been previously unknown among the innocent lifestreams of humankind. Although humanity had been cautioned to refrain from looking upon the creations of the laggards, and not to participate in the fruits of their consciousness, the cosmic guests proved more cunning and subtle in their temptations than expected. The pure and holy mothers of the race, who had selflessly offered their bodies as vehicles of birth for the orphaned lifestreams, were the first to fall in consciousness. Soon, becoming subject to the contagion of the laggard consciousness, many members of the race ceased to create according to God's First Cause, and began instead to experiment with the concept of separation.

Believing that it was possible to create lasting manifestation through the use of personal will, without regard to the Divine Fiat of Perfection for All Life, humanity began to send forth causes which were discordant with the Universal Symphony. As man sought to satisfy curiosity through his personal will and creative faculties, he began to discount the effect of his creations upon all life. He forgot that, like a pebble dropped into a still pond, the ripples of every creative act move forth to affect all creation. This mistake was an innocent one, born of inquisitiveness and misunderstanding. Nevertheless, since each imperfect cause must have an imperfect effect, the response of Life was immediate. The Law of Karma, operating as ordained, completed its activity―and the creators had to live with the dissonant effects of their own creations.

Since the returning energy was qualified with discord, it was not permitted to make a record in the Causal Body of the lifestream. This was a grant of Mercy, allowing for the fact that the concept of separation is, in itself, an illusion. Instead, the Holy Christ Self of each lifestream retreated to the Heart Center, protected by the Sacred Threefold Flame, and the four lower bodies of humanity came into being at the Word of the Christ. The four lower bodies of humanity differ in nature from the physical bodies that were created and used by the first three Root Races. The physical vehicles of the earlier Root Races were pure, unified in both vibration and consciousness with the I AM Presence of God. The lower vehicles used by humanity today are denser and slower in vibration, and were created to become vehicles of redemption, allowing the wandering souls to reconcile the personal will with Divine Will. Once this is accomplished, the four lower vehicles shall be unified in vibration and drawn up into the bosom of the Christ, and the Earth shall once more take her place as a shining Star in the Crown of Creation!

Beloved ones, you have worked long and hard through the ages, encouraging your fellowman to break free of these self-imposed limitations! As you face the illusions of the mass consciousness during your daily lives, I remind you that your only real challenge is the transmutation of fear, in all its disguises! Within the etheric body of every member of the race is contained the memory of that one's first confrontation with the self-created illusions of pain, loss and sorrow. Within the etheric body is contained the memory of the first feeling of separation from God! When each lifestream faced the effects of his own miscreation for the very first time, the trauma was so great as to cause him to flee from the face of his Father, and hide himself in the Garden! Every one of your brothers and sisters is a Son or Daughter of the Most High Living God, and each one is a Holy Innocent! Always, always, the Son of God is blameless.

As you face your brothers and sisters, perceive through the illusion to the blameless Son within! Remind yourself that, at every moment―regardless of appearance―every lifestream is acting from either Love or fear. Remind yourself that fear wears many faces―ignorance, anger, self-pity, self-justification―the list goes on and on. Ancient wisdom states that there is Love and there is fear, and all human behavior issues forth from one or the other―but never both. Fear cannot co-exist with Love. When faced with the power of Divine Love, fear must flee as darkness makes way for Light.

As you stand within the strength and wisdom of your Inner Christ, facing the challenges of human consciousness, use the most powerful aspect of Love―the Violet Transmuting Flame―and free the Holy Innocent who lives within your brother or sister in God! As Guardians of the race, this is your vow!

Even now, the illusion of fear is loosening its hold upon humankind. The Freedom of the Seventh Age is dissolving and transmuting the chains of fear that have bound this race for so long! As the fear is released and purified, humanity is able to live at peace with the illusions of discord which surround him.

As peace becomes the reigning vibration, the illusions themselves begin to fade and disappear. As each illusion falls away, to be replaced by a demonstration of harmony and joy, Divine Love shall make the creation of new illusions impossible. Thus shall come to pass the Age of the Shining Spirit of the Christ, grown to full stature and fully manifest by every man, woman and child embodied upon the Earth! So be it, beloved ones, as the most Holy Name of God, I AM!
