Archangel of Restoration

Easter Conference

April 17, 1992

Beloved Light Bearers,

When Micah, as Jesus the Christ, said “Father, glorify Thou me with Thine Own Self―with the glory which I had with Thee before the world was.” He was calling on his mighty Presence to make itself manifest in, through and around him. Who among you―our chelas―has not said these same words? All of you have―at one point or another upon your paths―uttered these selfsame words. Do you believe that your Presence did not hear you? At this very moment, claim your divine heritage! Claim it! It but awaits your call, and as you say once more, within your heart of hearts, that holy tabernacle of the most high Living God; "Father-Mother God, glorify Thyself within me! Shine forth through this physical garment! Flow as a river of Light through my every word and deed, bringing Your love and blessing to all life I contact! Let my hands bless and heal! Through me, awaken those who slumber by the very life energy and force that pulsates in my every heartbeat! Love through me, letting Your love and Your hope of eternal glory touch each heart and quicken each mind with the reality of their Divine Parentage! Let them know gratitude to the Father-Mother God, from whom they descended into this wonderful world of form, here to create as God creates, for is not that the true purpose of being? Are not we those who came forth, even as Jesus did?"

Jesus knew the angels, for he is of that Kingdom, as is Mary, who served as his physical mother. His Cosmic Father, Archangel Michael¾and I, are also of the lineage of the Angelic Kingdom. At the very emergence of human life upon the Earth, Michael came with the precious lifestreams who descended into this plane. He vowed to stay with them until such time as every one, who was to use this Earth as a schoolroom, should return home to the Heart of God. This¾his vow, is sealed by the Power and Love of the Cosmic Holy Spirit in the Heart of the Great Central Sun of this system of worlds, until such time as it is fulfilled!

Many have the idea that to return home to the Father-Mother God means to never go out and create again, but this is not true. To remain within the Heart and Home of your God Parents means to remain within Their state of consciousness and Being! It means you will never again descend into a lesser state of consciousness than that of Divinity and Perfection. This is the reality, for there will always be worlds to create, and galaxies to be discovered and all that yet lies beyond your comprehension. However, even though you may not quite be able to visualize these potentials, you have come a long way, and your minds and hearts can now grasp this as the reality of your beings.

As chelas, you can now move forward or backward in time and experience as necessary to expand your understanding. You are no longer completely bound in the mass consciousness, and you are acting as the guardian spirits you incarnated to be. You understand the necessity of unity and brotherhood, and you are working hard to attain that goal. As a part of that goal, you are making calls to awaken all your fellow guardian spirits from their slumbers, to unify their consciousness with yours and rekindle within their hearts these same memories. You are thinking about the needs of humanity and elemental life on your planet, and making calls in behalf of others. You are creating your own petitions, submitting them, and then working to do your share in their fulfillment. All these things are now taking place, and it is good! I will assist you by restoring to your hearts and memories the glory you had with God before all worlds!

I have been in the atmosphere of the Earth for some time now. I am an Archangel of Galactic rank. That means that I am qualified to serve wherever My assistance is required within any system of worlds belonging to the Great Central Sun of Alpha and Omega. Although I have not previously requested that my title be used, I believe it will save future confusion if you use it now. This will make it clear that you refer to me, rather than to one of the members of my Legions, as they are properly called 'Angels of Restoration'.

Archangel Michael, who is my Cosmic Son, foresaw the need for restoration at the time the laggards came to the Earth. At that time, he alerted me against the time my Presence would be required. This I reveal to you now in a brief and concise way, with more details to be given in the near future about these events and circumstances. You will need to understand many things more clearly, in order to be able to serve as the teachers of the New Age you have come to be. What is important for you to know at this time is that all Beings in the Octaves of Light are prepared well ahead of the needs of those lifestreams who are within their jurisdiction and under their protection and care.

The chelas were first told of my Presence herein 1975, but at that time, little was revealed. At a somewhat later time, it was asked that one of my Legions of Angels be stationed at Shamballa to work toward the restoration of the physical focus of the Brotherhood to its previous perfection. At that time, not one—but seven of my Angels were so assigned. They have remained and been active, not only for the physical focus of Shamballa, but also for the restoration process of the entire planet.

At that same time, another gift was given, about which I may now speak. Beloved Michael and I—agreeing together upon the need—stationed a support group of seven Angels of Restoration and seven Angels of Protection around each and every sincere chela of the Great White Brotherhood, wherever they were serving upon the surface of the Earth. From that day to this, these blessed Angels have served in your behalf, but unknown to you until this moment. Word of their Presence had to be kept in the Silence for an important reason.

Michael has requested the privilege of addressing you directly, during this Conference, to discuss this matter in detail. In this request, he has my blessing.

For right now, I ask that each one of you take this information I have given you, and begin the process of offering gratitude to your Support Group of Angels. Build your personal relationship with them, and accept their mighty Presence and assistance, always with you! In this way, you will remember to call upon them each time you enter your work of healing and purifying this precious planet Earth!

I now enfold you in my Power of constancy and dedication to the Restoration of God's Will to all life on Earth. SO BE IT!
