Beloved Chelas, who are so dear to my heart, I rejoice with you for your great love and dedication to the Earth at this time. This love, expressed through your calls, has encompassed the entire planet with the Victory and Freedom of the Violet Fire throughout this year.
I have been a joyful observer of your efforts to move forward in the Light and your determined application for Spiritual Freedom for yourselves and all humanity. I want to make a special request that each one of you be constant in turning to your own Presence of God "I AM" within, and also that you extend this to all those who may come to you for assistance. Always remember that only the "I AM" Presence within each individual heart knows what is required for that one to attain his Freedom. When you turn to that Presence, you strengthen your faith and belief, and give your "I AM" Presence the opportunity to release Its Strength, Health, Courage and Love throughout your Being and world. This must be the focus of your example and your teaching.
Become more aware of the quality of Victorious Accomplishment, as well as Spiritual Freedom, during the closing days of this year. Feel the expanding activity of the Flame of Truth and Illumination preparing you for a Victorious entrance into the coming new year.
Mighty Victory stands beside me, as the Etheric City of Shamballa is blazing with Light, intensifying the outpouring of the Activity of the Three-fold Flame from within the Heart Center of the Earth.
"See the Sacred Fire of Freedom's Love sweeping in, through and around the planet Earth and its atmosphere. As all is transmuted back into perfection, the Flames subside, revealing a Radiant Royal Blue Ring-Pass-Not, wherein abides a revolving Crystal Sphere, enshrined within a Pure White Flame. We hand the Purified Planet Earth back to our Children!"
Beloved Mighty Victory has invited you many times to come into the Garden of his heart. May I, too, invite you―each one―to come into the Garden of the Heart of Love on the planet Venus? It is a Sanctuary of perfection and beauty, filled with flowers which are as blazing jewels, constantly radiating the qualities of Divine Love to all who enter. If you accept my invitation, the perfection and beauty of this Garden will become a permanent part of your worlds―a Sanctuary within that will expand from your heart center to enfold all life around you, raising it into a fuller expression of the glory of God "I AM".
Mighty Victory was a student of mine many, many centuries ago, one of the Great Beings who came to Earth from my beloved Venus. At the beginning of this century, it was he who predicted that, before its closing, I would be able to return to my Home on Venus. This was accomplished several years ago, through the great love of many, many chelas of Light throughout the planet Earth. So it is with deep, deep Gratitude that I renew my invitation to each one of you. Come and bask in the Light of my Love, and that of my beloved Venus, and the Great Being, Mighty Victory.
In the fullness of all Life.... I call for a mighty release of Victorious Accomplishment to enter your beings and worlds, bringing you the Mastery and God-control you seek over anything less than God-Perfection, for all time to come!
Accept my enfolding Love, and know that I stand beside you as you continue to expand the Light of God that is now, and shall ever be, eternally Victorious.

ASALA FESTIVAL
Once a year, in the time of the Full Moon, the Beloved Lord Maitreya, in honor of Beloved Lord Gautama and the anniversary of the first delivery of his revelation of Truth to the world after his Ascension, gathers together those disciples and chelas who wish to be a part of the magnetizing of his Love during this ceremony. This ceremony takes place on the southern slopes of the Himalayas, in the lovely private gardens of a Focus which Beloved Lord Maitreya sustains there.
