Blessed Children of The One Radiant Light!

I come to you on the Fifth Ray of God's Truth, Healing, Concentration and Consecration. I represent a particular aspect of the Green Ray. That aspect is CONSECRATION.

As your studies of the Law have progressed, you may have noticed how the Great Virtues of the God-head are interwoven, not only upon one Ray, but between the Rays. That the Cosmic Law is orderly and logical becomes quickly apparent. The First Ray brings the Divine Ideas earthward. The Quality of Faith assists humanity to believe that they can receive the ideas and inspiration needed. The Will of God impresses upon the human will the power to act upon the inspiration received. The quality of Protection, of course, guards the idea until the Second Ray of Illumination brings its understanding into play in the consciousness. Illumination, coupled with Wisdom (which is an entirely different aspect than Illumination) makes it possible to know how to use the Illumined idea received. The Third Ray of Divine Love then enters, for it brings the nourishment required to sustain and bring into manifestation any inspiration received.

This is an illustration to assist you to see how orderly God's Law is, how perfect and flawless. Man's use of this law is naturally based upon both his experience and his understanding of it. Whether a human is aware of the natural and orderly process of the Law of Manifestation or not, does not affect the Law.

Those of you who have studied for some time know that the First, Second and Third Rays compose the entire basis of all the Rays which follow, the other Rays bringing the specialization and diversification necessary to fulfill all the needs of Life upon the Planet - whether it is in the field of science, the arts, or government.

The qualities of the Fifth Ray are very orderly as well. One should always ask for God's Truth, and insist upon nothing less, when he wishes to concentrate his attention and consecrate his efforts toward some work he wants to do.

We all know that many a human will has been consecrated and concentrated on a purpose other than God's Truth, or Healing, or any other Divine Aspect!

Oh, beloved sons and daughters of God! Raise your chalices of consciousness high, and let me pour my Ray of Consecration into them. Let me fill your Beings and worlds with the total consecration to serving the victory of your Divine Plans manifest here in the world of form. Let me blaze this Precious Substance through you to all Life everywhere, so that each one of you, our blessed chelas, may not only work in concert with the Angels, but that you may stand forth as living examples of Consecration to the Light while you yet walk the Earth!

I have but one reason for Being, and that is to serve God in the myriad ways that exist for me and my beloved legions of Angels to serve. When you stretch forth your hands and open your dear hearts, to join us in service, I AM also fulfilled, for the Joy of Consecrated Service must be experienced to be known!

There is not a time, nor does there exist a place, where my Ray cannot penetrate and fill the call of one who desires my Quality of Consecration - or Re-consecration, to the Victory of LIGHT! ASK! ASK! ASK!

I enfold you, each one, in my Love and Joy of total dedication to this, the One purpose of all conscious existence, which is to serve the Will of God without ceasing!
