And in this year of Unity, Beloved Micah is striving to raise up his chelas to accept themselves as the Heart of Grace, becoming a true Foci of Jesus, the Christ... a living community of Christ Consciousness Resurrected among humankind. This is exactly what Beloved Jesus came to establish on Earth. But add to this the Cosmic Sun Rays of Freedom of the Seventh Ray Dispensation and we shall now Resurrect the Glory of a world-wide Activity of Living Light, eventually creating an all-encompassing, permanent Spiritual environment (a global Sacred Heart) into which all children on Earth shall someday be raised, each fulfilling his own Immaculate Concept. This is what Beloved Jesus did accomplish and it was my service to create around him that Activity of Light which held his Sacred Heart blazing in the forefront of his Consciousness at all times, allowing the miracles of Healing and Resurrection that proved the Power, Love and Mercy of God to the outer mind of humanity.

What the chelas must do in this present age is both activities; become the Arisen Christ (as I continue to hold the Immaculate Concept for you as I did for Jesus); and then create the world encompassing Activity of Light, which shall provide the spiritual environment in which all humanity may become the Christ (working as One with us in the Spiritual Hierarchy, who also serve this Plan). Dear ones, it does not escape our attention that Healing, the surcease of pain and distress, is still the greater cry heard from Earth. Healing is one of the major Graces of God, on the Ray of Holy Spirit, whose focus in humankind is within the Sacred Heart. Healing is a Grace because it is the Mercy of God balancing a person or situation before his own efforts have merited it or even while his own consciousness is yet mired in his self-generated pain and distress. This Healing through Grace has been symbolized through the ages as 'the laying on of hands', with the Divine Energy of God coming from Higher Realms. The chela realizes that the hand is a symbol of Holy Spirit and further that the hand is an extension of the heart.

So in Reality, Healing is 'the laying on of the Grace of Holy Spirit from the Sacred Heart'...the most Holy source of Healing, found in every human being. And, by the Grace of God, it is also the very last experience each soul knew before entering embodiment, when the Bands of Forgetfulness were placed round the consciousness. So the ability to Heal is innate in humanity and could well be at the forefront of everyman's consciousness, if they but accept 'living within the Sacred Heart.' This month, the great Lord Raphael and the God Forces at his command will specifically assist humankind in Resurrecting the experience of "living within the Sacred Heart", just as each one has known it in the Sacred Heart Temples.

The chelas have earned the loosening of the Bands of Forgetfulness through the use of the Violet Fire and self-Purification. You know the New Age children coming into embodiment more commonly have an active Divine Memory of 'being within the Sacred Heart' and often do remember the flow of all God's Divine Qualities through that Focus. Yet this month, in conjunction with the Spirit and Sponsors of 1986, Lord Raphael, myself and our co-servers will take each member of the race and Resurrect into his awareness "the God of one's own heart"; so that at least in some fleeting way each one, including the most stubborn of humankind, will be exposed to the Glory of his own Immaculate Concept, further impelling each to consciously choose his or her own path at this important junction in the planet’s evolution. Each will see his own God, "I AM" (as was the purpose of the embodied Avatar, Jesus, to show humanity a God Presence living among them) and each will then again accept it or deny it, as each accepted or denied the Christ through Jesus.  

Life does not set any time limit for this individual choice of any Being anywhere in the universe. But Life has set into motion the fulfillment of the Divine Plan of Earth. And each one of the race therefore will choose whether he remains with the Earth in her Victory in the Light or chooses elsewhere. You are aware the Edict has sounded for the planet to proceed into a higher orbit and each member of the race must now decide whether or not to accept the Grace of God within his Sacred Heart and be made whole in Christ Consciousness; or opt for human suffering and assume the slower path of evolution elsewhere in the solar system. "I AM "THE RESURRECTION AND THE LIFE OF EACH ONE'S SACRED HEART OF LOVE FULLY ACCEPTED (3X) and I pray as your God Mother that the chelas accept this and manifest it, as is the Divine Plan of this embodiment, so that you might assist us, the Spiritual Hierarchy, in having as many members of the race accept it.  

The potential remains that most or all of the race can remain with the Earth in her Victory Ascent and that as little cataclysmic change as possible take place. This potential rests on the HOPE OF GOD'S GRACE AFFECTING HUMANITY AND DIRECTING HIS OWN FREE WILL EFFORTS, as was so successfully done at the time of Beloved Jesus’ embodiment.

Each 'Saint' of the past Christian Age has been 'a true Foci of Jesus, the Christ' having used the Resurrection activity to draw through his lifestream the flow of the Sacred Heart energies each knew so well on the etheric plane. The Grace of God flowing through them affected those around them, directing the free will of their followers to set up great projects, orders and service in their name.

Such is also true for certain visionary leaders of the present time and such is potentially true for each chela of the Ascended Masters, if they would but grasp the Power of the Resurrection and bring into life now the Glory of their own Sacred Heart. The perfection of your own Christus, the momentum of your Causal Body energies (especially of your predominant Ray) and even the Glory of your own "I AM" Presence vibrates so closely in the etheric plane that a sustained effort of Invocation could manifest it through you! As an embodied woman, I assisted Beloved Jesus to such a Victory and I can certainly do the same for each of you as an Ascended Master, if you but allow me to guide your life back into the Sacred Heart of God within your own Flame.
