"I AM" the Power vibration of the Seventh Ray and I have come to speak on and initiate Creation along the Seventh Ray. But I have not come without the balancing activity of Love, for my gracious Lady Diana is present in the Sanctuary. Her Violet Essence now radiates from the center of every electron of your four lower vehicles, expands through this Spiritual Forcefield and encircles the planet.

This is truly the climax of a magnificent Conference for only after the Resurrection of true Reality can real Creation take place. In the Mind of an Elohim, when we think of a Conference, we think of the coalescing of certain energies, certain Flames, certain momentums that are embodied through chelas. We think of Creation upon this planet and the Elohim look for opportunities where we can focus our Light Rays. Think now of the full Court of the Elohim, male and female, who are with me in projected consciousness, for we wish to create through this growing Group Avatar, the body of Light incarnate into which the full dispensation of the Seventh Ray can be anchored!

Think for a moment on how the Elohim first created the planet, Visualize in your mind's eye the Elohim standing in a perfect circle. In the center of this circle is the Crucible into which the Light Rays are projected, the nucleus, the Planetary Three-fold Flame.

Each Elohim projects the Creative quality of his Ray into the precipitation. In the center, the Rays meet and a new form is given birth. We are now in the action of building a Body of Light incarnate and we will look for the Crucible into which we can focus our Light Rays of Creation. You have supplied us this Crucible.

A perfect blending of energies incarnate. Those of you who can physically come to these Conferences are representative of the Group Avatar world-wide. When we think of the Group Avatar, it is purely a measure of vibration. The outer personality, the outer nationality and the outer religion have no part in the definition of the Group Avatar. It is based purely on the vibration of the Christ and of a strong desire and commitment to Spiritual Freedom, born of long evolution along the Seventh Ray.

This Group Avatar is larger in numbers than you would know, but even the numbers are not the measure. If the Seven Elohim are supplied a sufficient nucleus of embodied Flame, we will do our part in the creation of a Body of Light that shall anchor the full Freedom of the Seventh Ray into this planet, in every aspect of planetary life, along all the Seven Rays.

I will ask you to assist us. As your minds are being developed, especially as they progress toward the Great Silence of Buddhic Consciousness, you might assist us in cutting out of that perfect Mind Substance the thoughtform of the Body of Light. You know the body of the Master Jesus was cut out of perfect Mind Substance before it was created in the flesh. And then before its creation it too was infused with the perfect feeling nature of all that it was to express. That of course, was the full Dispensation of the Sixth Ray, where the Reality of the embodied Christ manifested the eternal Hope of the Resurrection and put all the forces of imbalance on notice that their time has come!

Now the time has come for Permanent Freedom and Liberation. You can assist us in this creation by cutting out this Thoughtform from God's Mind and by filling this Concept with the Seven Virtues through your purified feeling world. Together, Ascended and unascended we can fill this thoughtform with the Seven Rays of Precipitation bringing this Body of Light to full flower, allowing us to anchor the Dispensation of the Seventh Ray.

Let me leave you with an activity of how you can channel the Qualities of Precipitation for us. There are Seven sacred weeks between the Resurrection on Easter Morn and the full Visitation of Holy Spirit on Pentecost. Because you have emptied your vessels through the Liberating Power of Forgiveness, the wonder of God is such that through each of these seven weeks, one of the Rays will be anchored through your feeling worlds to energize all that has been accomplished this Easter Conference. we will begin with the 7th Ray (as I stand before you) and end with the 6th Ray of Peace.
