ELECTRONIC PATTERN: The Hand of God as Living Fire, reaching into the outer world of humanity.

John, the Beloved;

In the turning of Cosmic Cycles, the Sixth Ray has been the outermost Ray affecting the nature of humanity over the past age.

Gradually the Seventh Ray is making its advent upon the stage of life, but as you are aware, this is still predominantly an Inner activity whose vibrations find sanctuary in the minds and hearts of only the few, as of yet. Because of the momentum of two thousand years and its general acceptance, the Sixth Ray of Ministration, Healing and Peace reaches into the outer consciousness of many people of various religions, cultures and nations.

I do not refer to a particular teaching or doctrine but Vibration of God Radiation that impacts on the substance of the inner bodies. God's Radiation registers on the vehicles of humanity through various avenues: through the elemental kingdom as prana; through the so called 'outer senses' of humankind (sound, color, touch, taste and fragrance) recording on actual brain substance; as images or concepts applied to man's comprehending faculties; and it reaches the outer awareness in the emotional body as the qualities of Holy Spirit (peace, joy, love of life, adoration to God, etc.). All of these avenues into humanity, when raised enough, ultimately culminate in the unified experience of True Harmony of body, mind and spirit; the Harmony of True Being on this planet, the CHRIST. Our work is in raising the vibrations flowing along all of these avenues, ministering to the outer man until he accepts his Christ Reality and the ever increasing Presence of the Seventh Ray of Spiritual Freedom.

You have been informed previously that our Focus over the southwest United States is like a gigantic Hand of God, representing the five Sub-Rays of the Third major Ray of the Three-fold Flame (Holy Spirit or Rays Three through Seven). Holy Spirit has been described as the Love of God manifesting itself in the world of humanity.

We, therefore, are a Temple of Holy Spirit, whose gifts of Love flow along the strong momentum of the Sixth Ray already pervading humanity's consciousness. On this Ray we continually raise the vibration of the outer nature of man through channeling currents of Harmony (the combination of all Divine Activities) into every constructive endeavor that reaches the outer awareness of humankind (in music, art, drama, devotion, science, healing, government and illumination). We press into that expression the vibration of True Harmony, reaching the body, mind and soul of humanity;)

In 1974, I was privileged to serve as the Spirit of the Year, where I worked closely with the Sponsors, the World Teachers beloved Kuthumi and Lord Lanto. This was a year dedicated to Love and Illumination, which expressed itself through our Focus as the Celestial music of the Higher Spheres. This was the sound vibration reaching the inner and outer nature of humanity. Since then, my service with the World Teachers and the Cosmic Christ has expanded, raising the vibrations reaching the outer nature of humankind in the evolution of a religion (or way of living) for the New Age, clearing the way for the Second Coming and the full advent of the Seventh Ray cycle.

The true Second Coming is, of course, Christ Consciousness resurrected in every individual, bursting out of the tomb of lower human vibration into the Harmony of True Being, in body, mind and spirit. Thus our Brotherhood has been increasingly active around this planet, involved in every activity that affects the development of the outer man, for again our advantage is that the Sixth Ray has been on the Screen of Life now for two thousand years and gives us entrance into the experience world of humankind.

It is a comfortable, well-known and non-threatening vibration to much of humankind. Again, I do not refer to doctrinal teaching but to the adaptation of the inner vehicles of humanity to a major Ray over a 2000 year cycle. This has definitely occurred.

The chela may remember that when the Lord Jesus Christ passed successfully through his Resurrection, he asked of me 'to tarry until I come again'. Initially this meant to care for his mother, Mary and to help establish the early Christian Church in as much Love and Harmony as possible. I was able to embody the Love nature as part of the Triple Activity originally anchoring the Christian Age, after the Ascension of the Master Jesus. However, on a deeper level his asking me to tarry longer required of me to remain in the Earth's atmosphere in Service on the Sixth Ray so I could assist humanity in preparing for and recognizing the return of the Christ!

The Christ has always been difficult to perceive on his return, never coming in the way expected by the past age. Cosmic Law would have allowed me to take my leave into much Higher Realms of Service had I so chosen. But my own nature was so profoundly affected by the Ministry of Jesus the Christ and the overwhelming Love of Lord Maitreya the Cosmic Christ, and the Power of Holy Spirit flowing through the embodied Christ to change humankind, that I could do nothing else but help prepare the consciousness of every human to eventually achieve likewise and become the Christ, it was my privilege to carry on in service along the Sixth Ray. And I have grown to love your Christ as I loved the Christ expressed through the Master Jesus. Like the Master Serapis, who governs the Fourth Sphere, I know your Christ well, for your Christ Self often sojourns in the Etheric Cities of Our Focus, helping prepare for the Second Coming to all humankind.

In Service to the Cosmic Christ and Holy Spirit, my own Love nature became sufficient where I could assume the Office of Chohan of the Sixth Ray after the Master Jesus went on to greater Service as Micah, the Angel of Unity. This allows me to direct the world-wide endeavors of Harmonizing the outer nature of humankind.

Beloved La Morae, beloved Lord Surya and many other Ascended Beings of Great Light work with our Focus in a unified endeavor of Harmonizing the inner and outer consciousness of humanity, preparing for the Age of Permanent Spiritual Freedom on this planet. My own heart yet sings with joy that "I AM" allowed to serve with such Beings, including your own Divine Presence.

As you visit our Retreat this month you will be caught up in the work of the Cosmic Christ, in getting the "Word" (the vibration of God) out to the people. There are many projects and opportunities engaged in by our Ascended Brotherhood assisting humanity's spiritual development, as the vibration of the planet slowly advances toward the manifestation of the Seventh Age of Freedom. There is certainly an activity that will be of deep interest to every chela and each one will be drawn by the magnetic action of the Law to that section (of our rather large Etheric Complex) which holds interest for them.

An important Activity of Sacred Fire has been prepared for the dedicated chelas of the established Group Avatar. The Flame upon the Central Altar of our Focus is of Divine Holy Spirit, Pink with a Pink Radiance, Love manifesting itself. In this Central Focus the Ascended Ones gather in adoration and contemplation of Love itself. In a separate section of the Central Temple, for the chelas of the Ascended Ones, the Flame will manifest Itself as the Hand of God in Living Flame.

This Hand of God will move through the stilled vehicles of each chela, purifying and healing those vehicles, baptizing each in the Fires of Love Divine. Visualize and feel yourself standing within a Fiery Hand of God, reaching from below your feet to above your head. Each finger is a Fiery Ray of Holy Spirit, radiating intensely through your entire being. The effect of this will be gradually felt even in the physical body.

In the future, the physical effects of our work will be ever more tangible, for any chela who has ever stood in the deep Silence of the Southwest deserts knows full well how close to the physical realm our etheric cities vibrate. This activity for the chelas, working with the Hand of God, is meant to prove to you that the Activities of the Holy Spirit can profoundly affect the outer nature of humanity (you being the manifest example) and to resurrect a deep Faith that the Love of God can transform even the stubborn outer nature of life on this planet.

It is planned that you will then use this Electronic Pattern in your own service in the world, asking that the Hand of God go before you and clear the way in Love for the advent of the Christ everywhere you go, into every person, place, condition and thing.

See this Flaming Hand of God in your mind's eye (on the etheric plane) giving it your full Faith just as the Master Jesus gave his full Faith to the power of Holy Spirit to clear the way for the Presence of God. This is the process the Master Jesus used to deeply affect the outer nature of those he contacted and this training now belongs with our chelas.

After the Resurrection of the Christ comes the Visitation of Holy Spirit. Easter this year was glorious and Pentecost will occur on May 26th, 1985, with a full Blessing of Holy Spirit anchoring the God Qualities into the feeling nature of the chelas. This will allow our Retreat Activity through June the opportunity to put all of these Blessings into action, into service in the outer world, as Disciples of the Holy Spirit.

We shall have a busy, God Victorious and Joyful month as together we reach out to humankind with the Healing vibrations of Love and effect a New Jerusalem on this planet.

May the Blessed Rays of Holy Spirit reveal the Harmony of your True Being and may the Hand of God go before you, revealing the power of Love to raise the vibrations of all life everywhere.
