First let Me speak of cycles, for We are now closing a seven year cycle. It has been one of spiraling Love, which We shall conclude at the stroke of midnight tomorrow evening and step into the greater Light of a higher spiral of Love. In the months and years that follow, you will see, through clearer spiritual vision, what Love truly is on this planet. The plan of the Hierarchy will reveal that Love on different levels of consciousness among  humanity, elementals, angels and all Life. (mouse over)

Visualize this activity as a pyramid. The capstone of this pyramid is an activity of Cosmic Love entering the planet and it is My privilege to be Its Anchor. As it filters down through the pyramid, the base of that pyramid expands until it covers the planet, with the point of the pyramid rising into higher Realms of Love. To you, Our conscious chelas, who join with Us at the capstone of this pyramid, l ask you, in the Name of God, please do not judge other attempts at anchoring Love. Know in your hearts that from other places in the Cosmic Realms you have come to be embodied on this planet to work with Us, Gods and Goddesses. Although others may not understand, there is a tremendous desire in the hearts of all humanity to appreciate, anchor and reveal some measure of Love, and some measure of Peace. The human kingdom tends to segregate or separate these attempts and judge them. Please, please be not of that world. Remain with Us at the capstone of this pyramid and feel only the Cosmic Love flowing through you, Our anchors in the world of form, the Fiery Cosmic Love from the Sun and the Central Sun beyond.

When I look out over the Group Avatar, I see no individuals. I see bands of Light, for the Group Avatar is not a group of individuals joined because of desire of the personalities to be together, but rather a union of Light. Only through Light can the true Love nature of our Father-Mother God be revealed on the planet. I know as I stand before you that you feel Me enveloping each of you with My own expanding Heart nature. This very Sanctuary and all joined with us by the ties of Light, are at the vibration of the capstone of this pyramid of Love this morning with the opportunity to remain there for all time.

Those of you who have seen the glorious Mount Robson know that it is shaped as a pyramid. The inner workings of that Retreat have been revealed to you as the anchor of the Cosmic Forcefield of Love. At that Retreat of Love all the Forces of Love, as well as the Seven Mighty Elohim, have been active this year.

Whereas most of you have looked for the embodied Presence of Love and Peace in its concrete form, We have been busy, and victoriously so, in filling the ethers of this planet with a great Force of Love. We shall bring this activity to full consummation here this morning, for We shall, in the Name of the Seven Mighty Elohim, recreate and resuscitate the Etheric Matrix of this planet into its pure pristine state, with a Cosmic Forcefield of Love so strong that it cannot help but be anchored into the world of man, elementals and angels.

I ask you now, consciously, as masters in development, to attune yourselves to the Love vibration of Our Retreat of Cosmic Love at Mount Robson in the Canadian Rockies. There the great Elohim Orion is awaiting our Presence and We shall join mighty forces of Love and Light this morning in the culmination and anchorage of the full restoration of the Etheric Matrix with a Cosmic influx of Love. Feel the wings of My Love raising us together, raising, raising and raising us into the Etheric Consciousness of Perfection. Instantly we are projected to the scintillating snow-covered Canadian Rockies and sacred Mount Robson.

In the outer courtyard, we see the beautiful Flame Flowers given by all the planets of Love, Who turn Their attention to this sweet Earth. We see the magnificent Seraphim of Love, Whose bodies are pink iridescent Light, with shining eyes and smiling faces.

The great ceremonial doors are opened and before us is a gigantic amphitheater, at the far end of which is a Cosmic Fiery Pillar of deep pink Light. We proceed down the amphitheater.

Before us stands the Mighty Orion. Through His grace and the strength of His Being, and under My protection, you, Our conscious chelas in embodiment, shall join Orion and Myself within this Pillar of Fiery Cosmic Love. We now all support the planet Earth among us in a circle of Love, Orion and Myself at the two poles, conscious unascended chelas holding up their part of this planet within the Fire Pillar of Love. This Love is coming from the Central Sun, through all the Suns. Added to it is the mighty Love Nature of Venus; all the planets turning their attention to the Earth; and The Cosmic Holy Spirit anchors Love through this Retreat down into the Eternal Sun of Even Pressure, the Cosmic Three-fold Flame at the center of this planet. We stand together embracing the planet with our combined Love nature, and FEEL a tremendous purification, a tremendous uplifting, a tremendous healing and the recreation of the Etheric Matrix of this planet NOW and FOREVER.....

We step back out of the Cosmic Pillar of Fiery Love, leaving Orion embracing this sweet Earth. We bow, all of Us, Cosmic and Ascended as well as unascended beings, in deep, deep gratitude for the culmination of a year's work, in establishing the Abiding Presence of Love and Peace on this planet.

As we return again to the courtyard, feel your own etheric matrix, the channels of etheric energy in and around your physical presence, shining through your aura, the Abiding Presence and anchorage of the Cosmic Love. Feel the Abiding Presence of all the Seven Elohim, Who were the original creators of the Etheric Matrix of this planet, recreating that original perfection as held in the patient Heart of Lady Immaculata. We all have such gratitude for Immaculata. Through aeons of time when the Etheric Matrix of this planet was so distorted, She held its perfection above all else, and now again the two become One, the Perfection in Her heart and the Etheric Matrix of this planet.

Gently through My consciousness, we are brought back to this Sanctuary, here at the physical Focus of Shamballa. I shall keep you in My embrace to the very stroke of midnight when I shall pass you on to a higher cycle of Love and the Beings of 1984, with Whom you shall work. I and the Sponsors of 1983 will be the backdrop of the ever-present Love and Peace through which 1984 shall enter.
