Welcome into the embrace of the World Teacher for you are my trusted friends and co-servers in the formation of a world religion.

I come this morning to this platform from the gentle Radiance of Lord Maitreya here at Shamballa who asks that I sojourn with you in a rather informal way for the Light is growing strong at this Conference. He thought a respite in a form of gentleness may be required. So often we notice how the "human" being in each of you prepares for our visitation in the expectancy of what they will hear, rather than the experience of the Christ, which is the nourishment we really bring for your soul.

So just pause for a moment... and feel the true essence... the true peace and Soul Light we bring you, which we are beaming to you this entire week and each of the Angels and Masters who work with you in your own sphere of influence continually give to you during the times you are at One with Divinity.

We have said several times at this Conference that we are preparing an Activity of the greatest Fount of Light this planet has ever seen — and therein lies the work of the World Teacher.

In the early Christian Church, those who represented that Activity knew only the LIGHT they had had presented to them by the Lord Jesus Christ, without any knowledge of what was to come in their era, certainly no knowledge of a world-wide Church. They only knew that if they would continually claim the fullness of the Light of their individual Master, that they were doing their perfect work.

Thus, without expectation of the future, they simply lived then and there the fullness of the Light of their Master - the fullness of his teaching. So I ask as we build this Activity of Light, that without knowing exactly what will come, you simply live HERE and NOW the fullness of The Light "I AM" ...no longer one individual Master representing "I AM", but the very fullness of Oneness with that "I AM" through each of you.

In so doing, the disciplines will be that you detach yourself from representing all else but the Light of "I AM"...even the attachment to this "Church", so-called... for an Activity of Light is not so much an organization but a communion of souls with the Eternal Light of the "I AM" Presence. Some of you are comfortable with the words and activity of "church"; some are not. Be mindful that though God is Eternal and unchanging, this Activity, as it builds a greater and greater momentum of Light shall develop before your eyes as your understanding increases.

We have said many times this year that there shall be the introduction of certain Truths that your outer intellectual mind may find difficult to grasp. We, as the Brothers of the Golden Robe, then hear these "pleas" which go something like this: "Oh, dear God, I finally thought I had understood and then they change it!" And then our prayer is : "Let them know detachment. Let them know the joy of eternally expanding the Light!" Is a teacher doing a dis-service to someone, for instance, who has finished the eighth grade and is moving on to the ninth grade, and the ninth grade seems all new? "And Lord I had the eighth grade down so well!"...we are now going on to the ninth grade!

You are aware, in a recent release, that the beautiful Lady of Heaven known as Mother Mary... whom you have known and loved so well... was revealed as One and the same Being as the gracious Mother of the Seventh Root Race, Lady Mercedes ...a Being you are only now beginning to understand. I AM known to some as Kuthumi Lal Singh... as a certain Master in the Tibetan lineage... as Keeper of the Akashic Records... as a Brother of the Golden Robe... to some still as the Chohan to the Second Ray... as Francis of Assisi... and to you as World Teacher... and yet it is all me.

Think of us, in our Ascended State, as we think of you as a developing God or Goddess... as a Jewel that shines with the Light of the Sun. If you were to take the Jewel of my lifestream and rotate it — even an inch ¾ the Light that beams through would be caught by different angles of the Jewel, and different colors, different qualities, different fragrance, a different Being might suddenly be before your eyes. Same Jewel! You only see a different perspective. You are aware that you can not presume to know God totally, but know God as he presents himself here and now; and we are all facets of God.

When our gracious Lady Mercedes spoke, she spoke from the Oneness of the Feminine Nature of the Godhead. She spoke for all Feminine Light, and you would not have known the names for which she spoke — for we are all, as are you, Spirits of God evolving into the greater and greater Oneness. Simple enough! So be not perturbed by growth, it is a quality of the Godhead... our jewels turn slowly in the Light of the Sun.

My dear brother Dwjal Khul spoke to you of a Dispensation granted by the Karmic Board for the Release of the Causal Light into the Body of the growing Group Avatar. I will say a bit more on that subject: Let us join as One in the Heart of the Cosmic Christ, for there are a certain number of you who are now sojourning often enough in Christ Consciousness that we might present the Truth as seen through the eyes of the Cosmic Christ, which is a slightly different perspective than that seen through the eyes of the individually developing Christ. I invite you now into the Upper Chamber of the Oneness of Universal Christ Consciousness. I ask you to look through the eyes of the Cosmic Christ into your own Causal Body, which is the aura of your own "I AM" Presence. Lo and behold! through eyes of the Cosmic Christ there are not seven bands, but twelve -twelve - for your "I AM" Presence carries the heritage of your God Parents and as there are the Twelve Aspects of the Deity out of our Father-Mother God, so it is with your "I AM".

It carries the Divine Heritage of your God Parents. The same Light seen through the eyes of a singly developing Christ sees seven bands of Light. It is the same Light, same momentum. The Jewel has slightly turned in the Radiance of the Sunlight.

Now you say, "Well, what does this mean?" It has no meaning to you until you see it, feel it, know it in the Being of The Cosmic Christ. But we must teach, and you must try and keep up with us.

We will raise your consciousness to a higher vibratory level. Further, you all are aware of the Seven-fold Flame of the Elohim blazing upon the brow. This too is the heritage of precipitation in this Solar System — but, dear ones, as you approach and become One with the Cosmic Christ, through the only door into that Cosmic Christ, the individually developed Christ, there appears etherically upon your forehead a Twelve-pointed Crown of Light — with a Diamond at the base of each Flame.

Each month you claim the Light of the Sun Temple, even as we claim now the Light of the great Elohim Vista, the Sun Temple currently open. And so, on this Twelve-pointed Crown of Light, feel the intensity of Vista and clear Spiritual Vision, as seen through the eyes of the Cosmic Christ, for it is the COSMIC CHRIST CONSCIOUSNESS that truly is this world-wide Activity of Light. I present myself to you as a Representative of that Cosmic Christ currently serving in the Office of World Teacher.

You are aware, when you sojourn in Cosmic Christ Consciousness, of more of the Attributes of God that are available to your service here in the realm of humankind, nature and elemental life.

I hope I haven't burdened you! But as Morya has trouble not expanding the Will of God, maybe I have trouble not teaching!...but when I sojourn with beloved Maitreya, my heart is so filled with a prayer that each of you will know the ecstasy of being One with his Limitless Light, his Compassionate Heart, his nature of the Cosmic Christ... and oh, if you think you know this Being, his Light is expanding with a great Momentum... and he, with his supreme brother Lord Gautama, holds the Light for this planet, the Assimilation and the Expansion; Lord Maitreya being more of the Expansion into the world of man through the coming Age of Spiritual Freedom, where the activity of Light within the Cosmic Christ is all that shall be known.

In the here and now, however, he asks that you - you represent the fullness of the Light of the Cosmic Christ, not only the individual Master Christ, but the planetary engulfing Light of the Three-fold Flame of every man, woman and child. Live that Light to its fullness here and now as the pioneers of the greatest Activity of Light this planet has ever known. I leave you with an Angel of Illumination who shall, at your call, serve with your outer intellectual mind to help it adjust and become One in attunement with the Jewel of Truth as it slowly turns. Angels and Masters join in Consecration .....

In bringing Freedom to the Earth again!

Blest Three—fold Flame, Thy Truth is now expanding

Throughout the Earth -- in Glorious Rebirth!

Kuthumi Dear, Thou Cosmic Christ, Thy Glory

Shall now expand within each seeking heart.

Each soul -- redeemed -- now tells Creations Story --

Of Gods Perfection, Earth is NOW a part!

Holy Christ Selves of all mankind, now hold them

Within Lights Power.... this Cosmic Hour!
