As we celebrate the Feast of Thanksgiving at Shamballa in the manner of a Holy Day rather than a national holiday, with the chelas lending their energies, the radiation becomes worldwide.

When such a momentum of gratitude can encompass the Earth, this radiation should be a daily ritual — a prayer of gratitude to the Supreme Source "I AM" for the privilege of being given another day in which to serve. This should also be a pattern of Love at the close of the daily cycle for the blessings and opportunity received. Every thought, word and deed should go forth from one's being wearing a garment of humility, which in turn enriches all life.

Perhaps this sounds as though I AM speaking to you in the role of disciplinarian - rather when one understands the true meaning of discipline, they feel the presence of Love. Consider the love of a teacher in assisting his pupils, whether in the outer schoolroom or in the schoolroom of life, which all men must enter in their travels on the path toward Mastery... through the eventual purification, control and balance of the lower vehicles. In this manner he is able to pay his debt for the misuse of energy ensuing from his egotistical use of freewill.

Oh how the "mighty" have fallen through the centuries on their journey in the realms where the little self has reared its head, and in the blindness of egotism has closed the door to the true purpose of being. You can, and I believe you do understand the magnitude of the privilege which is yours when after the arduous process of balancing your debt to Life, your ledger is showing an amassment of wealth on the constructive side!

As you become One in Consciousness with the Spiritual Hierarchy, you will realize the meaning of gratitude, and how we bow our head, so to speak, as we see our pupils advancing steadily on the Path to Reality! If you have trained children or assisted adults in any specific Cause, you know the feeling experienced when even one has listened and put into practice the counsel given them . . . and when the entire class was promoted, the love which welled in your being was a great blessing to your lifestream . . . and what touches one, embraces all!

Cast your bread on the waters of emotional calm and let it bathe all in its soothing elixir. Come the day this month set aside to present your harvest, you will experience an expanded meaning of thanksgiving... and that gratitude will be amplified by those of us who have served as Sponsors for the Year, enabling us to present our harvest, acknowledging the actuality that UNITY OF PURPOSE has been well served in the Spirit of Oneness,
