Greetings of a new Light Cycle as the entire Brotherhood and their chelas await the entrance of the Spirit of 1983. Welcome indeed to the embrace of the Royal Teton Forcefield and the united efforts of the Great White Brotherhood.

During the close of 1982 all attention has been focused from our Realms on to Shamballa where the glorious Immaculata has been in residence, lowering into the magnificent consciousness of the Lord of the World, the Divine Plan for 1983. As you know, the Triumvirate at Shamballa then works with that radiation anchored through Beloved Immaculata and decide upon the Theme, Sponsors and Retreats of 1983... all of which represent Forces of Energy that shall be active at specific points, or throughout the year.

This they do in consultation with the God-Parents, Helios and Vesta. And from this comes great OPPORTUNITIES FOR SERVICE for Members of the Cosmic and Spiritual Hierarchy, the Great White Brotherhood and its Retreats, and of course for you, our dear chelas attuned to our work.

At the close of the cycle at Shamballa and with the Ceremonies completed there of welcoming in the New Year, the Glorious Immaculata will move her Causal Light to the Forcefield of the Teton Retreat and take up residence there to work with the Great White Brotherhood in the initial impulse of 1983. Through the glorious Cup of her Consciousness shall blaze the greatest UNIFYING FORCE OF LOVE into the work of the Sponsors and Spirit of 1983, and the Great White Brotherhood as a whole; thence to the chelas in all walks of life and into the consciousness of the planet as a whole.

As you have been made aware, the Causal Body of Beloved Immaculata embraces the spheres of Light around the planet, but her personal Aura this month shall be like a glowing Halo representing the Great, Great Silence, wherein she holds the Immaculate Concept, the perfect Divine Plan for this planet, right within the very bosom of God. Through the avenue of her Chalice the magnificent Spirit of 1983 shall draw from within the Sun and beyond, all the God Forces required by the Great White Brotherhood in the fulfillment of the Divine Plan for 1983.

There are activities of the Great White Brotherhood throughout Realms of Light around and through this planet and therefore the Plan unfolds within the very Being of Immaculata. The entire Great White Brotherhood meditate together often on her presence, especially in the great central hall of the Royal Tetons where thousands upon thousands of Ascended, Cosmic and Angelic Beings have gathered. Here the principal attunement is to Beloved Immaculata and the Spirit of the Year, so that each individual Member of the Brotherhood remains perfectly aligned in their own efforts with the overall Divine Plan for the Year.

The Sponsors of the Year are the Ascended Masters who preside over the ensuing efforts of the Brotherhood to fulfill that Plan. In this, they work with the Karmic Board in the allocation of God's Energy to certain plans and projects, which in turn depend a great deal on the assistance of unascended chelas.

As Hierarch of this retreat Cycle, I feel particularly blessed to be allowed to assist chelas personally in their efforts of active work with the Great White Brotherhood. My joy is to see members of the human race raise themselves up to the point where co-service with us in our Realms is a REALITY, and not "a mystery school" that they are currently studying.

Therefore, LISTEN carefully for my personal training, for Beloved Lanto has allowed me free reign this month in teaching and training unascended chelas. This is for Great Purpose, however, for you well know that grants of energy from the Karmic Board depend so heavily upon the efforts of unascended chelas who are in our service. Imagine then if from the beginnings of this year and throughout 1983 there was a forceful and accurate response from the chelas from even the subtlest prompting on the part of the Ascended Master, what a tremendous amount of good could be accomplished.

And as you evolve in this relationship (master and chela) developing discriminating intelligence, remember a prompting from an Ascended Being will only ever point you toward your own Christus and in manifesting a greater impersonal love for this planet and its race. These lessons in love come in infinite varieties, and you will experience many of these from our sponsors of this year 1983.

Along this same service, we of the Teton Brotherhood have prepared many specific lessons for the chelas this month. We shall, ask you to spend as much "quiet or slumber time" as possible with us, where you consciously ask your appointed Sponsor from our retreat to escort your finer self to our Forcefield and retain a memory of these experiences in the reachable portion of your etheric vehicles. footnote With our training this month, the Brotherhood's aim is to have a deeper and more unified working relationship with our chelas than ever before in the recent history of this planet.

Therefore your willingness to be trained in attuning and responding to Ascended Master promptings will affect the entire year and especially the dispensations of the Karmic Board in July (for the second half of this year) as these glorious Beings monitor your progress in co-service with the Ascended Brotherhood. Remember, dear spirits, your petitions before this Karmic Council.

Think of each New Year as an unfolding opera with our retreat representing the prelude and Act 1. Its vibrations and tone effect the entire production; hence all my efforts this month are with you, our dear chelas of Light, in further enhancing your cooperation with our realms.
