I take this opportunity to apprise you that there will be many changes in the year 1983. With the acceleration of the vibratory action we will release various aspects of Truth which have not heretofore been revealed. In this instance my Cosmic Name is ALEXA, and its very tonal quality carries an increased radiation which we could not release at an earlier time. Liberty, dear ones, is one of the Twelve Aspects of Deity, and you may find my keynote within the recording of "The Golden Voyage".

We have told you, have requested you, counseled you to remain in a state of harmony so you would not experience any resistance to the higher level of instruction which is forthcoming. I would like to speak about the Virtue of Liberty... Liberty is an Inner Quality. It is like the flame of a candle in a still atmosphere with no flicker of the flame whatsoever when you blend into the Silence within. The Torch of Liberty in the New York Harbor actually represents the FLAME OF FREEDOM in all peoples — "harbor" of the soul... an anchorage of the Flame of Liberty in one's being.

One must be careful when they wish to use the Flame of Liberty — to do so from the center of one's being, otherwise the radiation is a negative one.

It is my great privilege to be a member of that august Council known as the Karmic Board. Yes, many know of our existence and remember that twice a year we carefully scrutinize the children of Earth — particularly those who are aware of our presence. Yes, you invoke us — lend your voices in song — in intercession — which is well and good. We carefully review the radiation which is coming from the Earthplane for we are responsible to sanction the various edicts and plans which are submitted by other Members of the Spiritual Hierarchy; as well as review the requests the chelas present before us... some very noteworthy and some which have been implemented in the past!

I wish to impress upon your consciousness that one or more of us is consciously turning our attention Earthward to ascertain the manner in which a grant we have given is being used. As you are aware, when a request is presented to us, and we acquiesce, we are responsible for the energy expended by the applicant toward its fulfillment. When one goes to a store for a certain commodity, he does not receive it unless he produces the coin of the realm or receives it in exchange for some comparable service.

We are grateful you acknowledge our existence and are thankful for your attention during the time our individual Aspect of Deity is activated according to a Sun Sign. You well know that all Virtues are being released at all times according to your attention. At specific intervals, through your attention, the Reservoir of that Virtue is beamed to the planet and her evolutions in an intensified manner.

Remember always the Virtues of the Godhead are available to anyone. To be a beneficiary of a Grace one must accept its presence, and in turn let it flow through your being.... you the dispenser of the Gift to all Life.

Now.... in the quietude of your inner sanctum, may I suggest you bathe in the elixir of the Flame of Liberty. Allow that essence to course through you... onward, onward, onward for the blessing of all. Realize that your energies blend into the Cosmic energy of Life which we release... and like a rivulet blending with a river... continuing unto the lake and the mighty oceans... all flowing in their specific area to form the great Water element... the emotional element which cushions the planet.

I bring this to your attention in the hope you will keep it in the forefront of your consciousness... that a miniscule undine is one with all the Water Element, and envies not the mighty undine upon whose strength and power depends the actions of the inhabitants of this planet for stability.

You have seen the sun shine on a body of water and its light reflected upon the undines and in joyful acceptance the shimmering light causes the onlooker to witness the cooperation of the so-called great and small.

Ah, dear children, can you not see why harmonious radiation is essential? Have you not witnessed the ravages of the elements — the great storms which cause such destruction and crippling effects?

Why? The free will of humanity has released negative energy in the form of hatred, greed and the multiple destructive forms of thought and feeling. In like manner, consider what the inharmonious radiation of humankind does to all life. Remember, you and you alone, are responsible for the consciousness in which you dwell.

Bear in mind the symbolic Torch I carry... you, individually, have some specific Virtue or Virtues on which you have a momentum which you chose during your travels in the Inner Realms before taking embodiment. Let us, you and I, blend our energies in the glorious privilege of expanding the Light to all life... the Flame of a candle is Light and just as important as a tremendous blazing hearth whose light not only enriches the onlooker but blesses all, as does the warmth of a home.
