Welcome, beloved co-servers into the garden of my Heart. "I AM" John the Beloved, Hierarch of the Etheric Cities of Light pulsating so closely to where the beloved Conference is now assembled. Would you kindly be seated.

Welcome also, dear children, into the embrace of 1982. We of the Spiritual Hierarchy are still gathered for the most part, at the Royal Tetons in great conclaves and conferences following the descent of the Thought Form and Purpose of 1982. You will be pleased to know my beloved brother, Lord Kuthumi, is with us this morning and in a few moments shall give you his Blessing.

"I AM" here this morning in my luminous Presence and shall remain throughout the day and this Radiation shall be my gift to you for coming into the embrace of the beautiful southwestern United States and helping to anchor the reality of the Etheric Cities of Light so evident from our Realm.

"I AM" called "John the Beloved" and I have been loved by many greater Beings than myself throughout the history of time; and it is my privilege now, especially as Chohan of the Sixth Ray, to further dispense that Love... and particularly during this Conference to you who accept the reality of our work here in the Etheric Cities.

I hope you can glimpse the Perfection of these scintillating Cities of Light that are clearly manifest in the Etheric Plane waiting the correct vibrations reaching up from the planet Earth before they can be lowered. It will be simple when our cities are a manifest reality and then much work on the vibratory level must be done. And as you look upon the so-called deserts of the southwestern United States, know this is God's Way of keeping the land at peace, giving the land a rest. There is little human effluvia that is attracted to most of the southwestern United States and it is into these so-called remote areas where great Light shall one day be made manifest.

It is the chelas all over the Planet to whom we look to manifest the Reality of our work in the world of form right now... manifesting the vibration... manifesting the consciousness for your brothers and sisters, as you bring them into the fold. While you are here during this four-day Conference I ask you to pause from time to time to take in the deep feeling of the closeness of your own vibratory action to these Etheric Cities of Light. Visit with us.

See the great work of the Sixth Ray of Peace, Ministering Service and the bridge of the Christian Era into the Realm of Freedom of our beloved Saint Germain. Feel for a moment the Angels of the Sixth Ray of Serenity, who are with us this morning, enfolding each of you particularly at the beginning of this year, in a deep sense of serenity which is my gift for your service to us here at the Etheric Cities of Light. I, with these precious Angels shall remain throughout this day to inaugurate into your vehicles the Light of 1982, with the deepest sense of Peace and Serenity so that much accomplishment might be added as the year enfolds.

And now, my beloved ones, I present to you the Great Lord and World Teacher, Beloved Kuthumi.......

Beloved Kuthumi:

"I AM" here in a whirlwind of action for "I AM" a busy man this day. There is much that a World Teacher must do as the Thought Form of the Year is anchored into our beloved Lord of the World. But I will pause, for I long to be with the chelas whenever I can have the chance. So does every member of the Hierarchy. It does our Hearts good to pop in, as it were, and to be with you in this wonderfully raised state here in the Etheric Cities of John.

Well, I too have a Blessing for you this morning, and I would ask you to feel at the heart center of your own Three-fold Flame the magnificent Golden Plume of Wisdom and Illumination. And I now, from my Ascended Master Light Vehicles, to the greatest degree of your own acceptance, charge and Charge and CHARGE the Fullness of the God Flame of Illumination that it is my humble privilege to represent as World Teacher; that it might illumine your outer intellectual mind, all the recesses of your own consciousness; the Divine Plan for your own being unfolding in your life for 1982.

Accept it - LISTEN - LISTEN - with the ears of Christ for this Illumination. Watch for it as it unfolds in the Light around you and call to me to further assist you in this progress. I LOVE YOU!
