CONSECRATION SERVICE -- Santo Domingo Sanctuary.

Good Evening... I AM known as the Goddess of Mercy, Kwan Yin, and I wish you to also consider me as a Patroness of Family life. Please be seated.

Mercy is compassion and I do have compassion on you blessed parents. (Over 200 children were consecrated).

I have been with you and the blessed children for quite a while this day, so I shall speak very briefly.

Truly we heard the Angelic Choir this evening. You couldn't see their "wings" but they were here and the Invisible Choir will take up the songs at the conclusion of this meeting and they will travel all over the Earth, blessing every child who has come to Earth to bring in the New Age.

Beloved Lord Saithrhu and Lady Mercedes' hearts are filled with great love, and in their luminous Presence are standing on this platform... I pause so they may give you a special blessing for being willing to bring in their children, and to thank you for their protection.

As I said previously, I AM a Being of compassion, so shortly we shall proceed with the Consecration Service, and I wish to tell you as each child is consecrated, one of the Angels of my Legions will accompany you to your home, for the children who have just come into embodiment are accustomed to the radiation of the Violet Fire and, of course, the Violet Fire is Love.

So please, dear ones, call to me, your Lady of Mercy, for understanding and compassion at any time your souls may be 'tired' in the upbringing of these beautiful little lifestreams. Know that I love you. I have compassion and mercy for all life and often I visit the homes of the New Age children already embodied - our little Angels of Light.

Beloved Nea Chea

February 17, 1982 

Good Morning, beautiful children of Light. Will you kindly be seated.

I AM Nea Chea, and I have a simple story to tell you. Of course the Cosmic Hierarchy always make plans well in advance of a happening, particularly of Cosmic Capacity. Two years ago, beloved Helios and Vesta in conference with Lady Mercedes decided that we would go to the Great Central Sun (when I say "we" I mean the combination of the mighty Beings, glorious Helios and Vesta and Lady Mercedes) having been granted audience with the mighty Alpha and Omega. It was felt time that a Guardian in the form of a Seraphim should come to Santiago.

For two long years, as you would say, I have been in the Presence of the mighty and so loved Helios and Vesta, preparing for my coming... this is quite an experience for me... for I have come to Earth only once before.... centuries, aeons ago when this was just a tiny Planet... and I speak of "tiny" so as far as the great Cosmic Scheme of Things is concerned. When I make that reference I want each of you to know you are tiny planets in that Great Cause...  the Cosmic Scheme of Things.

A few weeks ago I received the message - "You are ready Nea Chea to go on your Mission". I want you to accept me and I know you will, for love (which is the same way with you), is the center of my Being.

In the Permanent New Age of the Ascended Master Saint Germain, Santo Domingo and all of the Dominican Republic, under the guidance of our beloved Lady Mercedes, represents the "womb" we'll say of the Cosmic Children of Lord Saithrhu... and we all know that a mother's love is so important in the bringing forth of a beautiful child. Under the strength of the mighty Lord Saithrhu, more and more of these children will shortly be in embodiment in the Central and South American Continents and in this beautiful Dominican Republic.

I AM here in the Cosmic Capacity of a Seraphim guiding and guarding and blessing you, and may I humbly ask you to think of me daily, for it is vitally important that this section of the Dominican Republic have specific protection. I in no way imply that it is in danger, but with the raising of the vibratory action, everything must be in harmony so that in no way will there be any disturbance in the great Cosmic Plan.

(I do not wish to engender fear for that is negative, but always around a Center of Light those who do not believe as we do... I would say have not evolved to the high radiation which you now enjoy) you will encounter adverse radiation. Through the raising, raising accelerated vibration which you will continually feel, I know you will meet the challenge! The mighty Lady Mercedes is counting on you, is expecting you, to hold this Focus of Light through Love.

Now I shall just make one personal reference... What a joy it is to be here with you! I wish you to always feel my Love. I AM never farther away than a thought, for are we not all One in Consciousness? No one higher than the other, except by their advancement in the Light and the particular service that is to be part of this Great Plan... and is even now expressing.

You know, if you build say a custom automobile, you need all its various parts; and than what if you failed to keep the motor going? It is the same way with Light. And what is Light? It is God in all expressions and I know as I look into your hearts that I have come into a very receptive group. Permit me to open my arms and send an individual blessing to each of you. My whole service, my brothers and sisters, is light. Know always that one of the most important aspects of serving is harmony, and I feel sure that is present now and SHALL EVER BE in this beautiful group of chelas.

I love you, each dear one... love thou me, because I AM just a simple Messenger from the Great Central Sun and I am under surveillance of the mighty Alpha and Omega... and step by step, I must... I am required... I am so willing to do whatever is necessary to hold you in the embrace of Love. Surrounding this Sanctuary are the Angels of beloved Nada's Legions who serve with me. As we close this meeting, they will travel all over this holy Island with a Unity of feeling which shall manifest not only in the chelas (of course you are responsible for some of that Unity) but that glorious radiation of love shall embrace everyone on this sweet planet.

You know that consciousness is all there is and when the center of consciousness is love... there is God's Holy Light... As the Light of the Universe, you add to the Symphony of the Spheres.

I am so deeply grateful and privileged that I have been permitted to come to you. Thank you blessed, precious ones.
