Good evening, my precious friends, shining cells in embodiment. I AM your brother, Serapis. Would you kindly be seated. Thank you for standing for my Presence.

This is a day (Valentine) that is somewhat as Holy in our Realm as well, for it is a day when a certain amount of the Love nature is moved among humanity, but few there are who understand the Power of Love as it has been invoked, focused, sustained and used this night here in this holy sanctuary. It is a privilege for us of the Ascended Realms, with the Angels that have accompanied me, to draw forth that love and use it on our Cosmic Service to Life. It is a joy that we can draw close to the Planet into such an embrace of Love.

And this evening I have projected myself here to the city of Atlanta on a Light Ray from Shamballa, the Permanent Central Focus of the Ascension Flame. And I give you the greetings of mighty Lord Gautama, beloved Sanat Kumara and our gracious Lord Divino, the Buddha, all of whom understand so deeply the Cosmic depths of Compassionate Love, the Love principle of the Universe.

I some times present myself as a rather austere Being, for that is one way I have chosen in my experience with humankind to express Love. But it is only ever being austere or disciplinarian to the human personality that clings to limitation, that clings to the concrete world of the third dimensional plane. This night I want us to all go above all of that, and let us ascend in consciousness to the higher Etheric Plane, where I want to show you with your etheric eyes some of the activity which I AM privileged to reveal to you this evening.

As some of you have been aware, there is a Cosmic link between Atlanta and the continent of Atlantis. And in that regard Atlanta is a magnet, including its very name, for those souls who reached great perfection on the continent of Atlantis, evolved various gifts of the Godhead to share with the earth and many of them have been lost to us through the centuries since the sinking of Atlantis.

But they are found again in Service. They are found again in consciousness, sometimes unaware to the outer intellect (and for the most part, that is not of concern to us). But they will find their way to Atlanta and they will have a burning desire within their hearts to outpicture the perfection they knew at the height of the Golden Age of Atlantis.

And they will seek out this vibration of love, they will seek out the vibration that you each carry within your hearts as you reveal your True Identity as a God or Goddess in embodiment.

This night I AM allowed to tell you that there is a Fourth Ray Focus in the Etheric Complex over Atlanta, an Etheric Focus of the White Fire of Purity; primarily Purity, but also with the spiraling qualities of Resurrection and Ascension. It is crystalline white, and holds the vibratory action of the mighty Elohim Claire and the Great Lady Crystal... And, no, dear children, I did not mistakenly cross Rays.

For there is a mighty Focus of the Fifth Ray of Truth, of the very crystalline essence of Truth here in Atlanta, fed by the energies of beloved Hilarion, Lady Pallas Athena, and Lady Crystal, the Divine Complement of the Elohim of the Fifth Ray. You know, there is a deep connection between the Fourth and Fifth Rays in Service and I will not expand on it this evening, but rather I would ask you to explore in consciousness this part of the Etheric Complex over Atlanta.

It had been part of the perfection that had outpictured on Atlantis and it will draw those lifestreams who are interested in Truth, Healing and Purification, leading towards the Ascension.

Precious friends, that is just part of what is at work in the Etheric Realms in and around Atlanta as a gathering place for souls who might at least touch base here and be aware of "an awakening" in their outer intellect... that the burning desire within their heart is not foolishness, is not fantasy, but the deepest sense of Reality. And it is to you who we turn to fan the flames of Reality within their hearts, to present to them the Truth.

And your outreach program has our deepest blessings and as I stand here this evening, I project into all associated with that outreach program through the Foundation of Truth, the full gathered momentum of my Lifestream... deep... deep do I blaze it ... and into your receptive consciousnesses has it been taken in and the seed begins to take root. It shall flower forth and the leaves and the flowers and the fruits of that growth shall be given unto those dear souls who find themselves in Atlanta, drawn by the desire to return to the Reality and the Perfection they knew on Atlantis - (Pause)

FEEL a Bridge of Light into this Sanctuary as the focal point of your activities here in Atlanta, from the Ascension Focus at Shamballa, along which you call upon my energies at any time of any day and either myself or some member of the brothers and sisters of the Ascension Focus shall answer the call across this Bridge with projected Light rays of whatever is necessary to see the work done. Of course, with that will come all the blessings of Shamballa's centripetal force for the planet Earth.

And so dear children, I shall leave... I shall leave you in the embrace of this great pink heart of Love which you have created out of your energies this evening. And like you might cut a pie, the Heart shall go home with you, each of you. And as you take the rose, that section of the energy within this great pink Heart will be sustained by the love that you have for that elemental and will bless your homes and your households and your place of work or wherever it is that you shall share the Love and this is the gift of the God of Love to each of you this evening.

Awaiting to see you someday at the Ascension Focus where I may eternally wrap you in the Ascension Flame and deliver you into the hands of our Father-Mother God never having to leave the eternal vibration of Perfection. And there I shall be when your service is done... Good Evening!
