Decree for Purity of Conception of Incoming Children 

Beloved Presence of God, "I AM" in me, Holy Christ selves of all humanity and Beloved Elohim of Purity! In order to insure more perfect bodies, clearer minds and more harmonious feeling worlds for the children coming into physical embodiment at this time, we earnestly request you to send an Angel Deva of Cosmic Christ Purity to stand in the aura of each parent at the moment conception takes place. Purify their consciousness and raise it to the point where there can be offered the best possible vehicle for the fulfillment of their Divine Plan of these incoming lifestreams.

Sustain and expand this radiation of purity around these incoming children to the fullest possible extent. Let the Angels of Purity hold invincible protection and God-supply of every good thing around each one all through their Earth life and assist them to their Ascension in the light as soon as possible. We accept this done right now with full power!

An Address by

Beloved Micah, The Angel of Unity

Shamballa L. I.

October 28, 1980

Beloved members of my family, I am Micah, Angel of Unity, and I speak to you today through an Oracle at Shamballa from my study at the Temple of Unity. It is such a joy for me to know that I will be serving so closely with you through this entire year as the Spirit of this Year, as well as having my retreat here at the Palace of Man’s Purpose open all during this twelve-month cycle, and specifically active during the month of March.

When I made the cosmic announcement of my True Inner Being through this Activity in 1970, it was a tremendous evolutionary step for my own Being, personally speaking. Possibly it is important that you realize that you do me an honor to think of me always as Micah, Angel of Unity. It is very comfortable and somewhat of a habit, I should say, to think of me as the Master Jesus for many of you knew me personally in that role and of course all of you felt the effects of the Christian Teachings.

However, please allow me to quickly review my own Spiritual evolution and in so doing you will notice that after leaving that embodiment as an Avatar, I graduated soon thereafter into the Office of Chohan of the Sixth Ray... sometime thereafter assuming the Office of World Teacher and finally I have graduated into the fullness of my own Divinity as Micah, Angel of Unity.

Please understand that when you refer to me, when you think of me, when you try and commune with me, if you do so as anything else other than Micah, you tune in to a lesser vibration than "I AM" at the present time, for I am constantly serving as Micah, the Angel of Unity. It is as Micah that I shall give greater assistance to beloved Saint Germain in the complete establishment of the Aquarian Age of Freedom.

Please understand that it is not "wrong" by any means for you to think of me as the Master Jesus, as being a Representative of the Christ, or as a World Teacher, for I still assist in all of those Offices... one does that when one graduates from an Office. And it is certainly true that I will fulfill some important prophesies in my identity as the Master Jesus (for the general mass consciousness) and that some specific work must be done to see that that can come to full fruition.

So it is my humble request as we begin this New Year that you assist me in establishing the Keynote of Unity by communing with me often as Micah, Angel of Unity, and drawing my Radiation into your own Being personally, the nature and essence and above all the sweetness of the unification with Christ Consciousness manifesting in all walks of life.

Here I want to emphasize that the job at hand is for you to be able to appreciate your elemental existence, particularly your flesh structure, and that working through that elemental or atomic structure is your Electronic Self, who you really are. It is important that you identify yourselves now as a pulsating Being of Light who is waiting patiently to meld, to unify, its service through the elemental structure. On the other hand it has been our experience that many a chela conceptualizes the flesh structure as the vehicle that will come to full Divinity.

I caution you to realize that the elemental structure (your four lower vehicles) will only ever be elemental structures. The task now is expressing Christ Consciousness by assuming the full Identity as a pulsating Being of Light working through the elemental structure, not that the elemental structure itself will become a Being of Light... the elemental structure will only become a more perfect elemental structure through which the pulsating Being of Light will radiate forth the fullness of its Being and you are that Being of Light, anchored in an elemental being.

The more you can assume the Identity of a Light Being, the less preoccupied you might become with things of the flesh. Of course it is important to have a balanced, purified, healthy, relaxed, harmonious elemental structure, but to become pre-occupied with it in any way is to take the force of your attention away from the pulsating Being of Light working through it.

In understanding the unification of science and religion the key is that the elemental part of your makeup does in fact evolve by the Law of Evolution in the Elemental Kingdom. Thus the scientists know some of the Truth of that Law and apply it to the physical structure.

Of course religion turns (or it should) more to spiritual matters and of an evolving God through that flesh structure. Both, of course are correct. You are a dual nature at the present time with the predominance now toward the manifestation of the God Being radiating through the flesh structure, and letting go the concept of needing to perfect the flesh structure into a Being of Light. That will come later, at the exact moment of the Ascension, when the elemental structure that has served you so well, is swept up into its own Ascended Elemental State.

My purpose in reviewing this with you is so that we can commune often in the unified Consciousness of a pulsating Being of Light, for there is no separation in that state. Think on that for a moment... how could there be separation between pulsating Beings of Light, who are simply made up of free flowing electrons, like smaller ponds of water blending into a larger lake. I want you to know and to feel and to experience the fullness of that Unity, for it is the sweetness of that association that makes all the so-called trials and tribulations of embodiment so worthwhile in the end.

Also, we need the Spiritual Pioneers to show the way in consciousness for the rest of humanity that which is possible! If we could have even one hundred beings around the Earth communing with us constantly as pulsating Beings of Light in Christ Consciousness (working through the flesh) we could literally work the miracles that everyone so longs for. All so-called miracles are simply based on the premise that a God Being, which you really are, can work its natural Radiation of Perfection into the physical world.

So please come often to my Temple of Unity as it is open through the entire year. You might do me the favor of coming nightly so we establish a rhythm of who we can expect, for there are many brothers and sisters here who are assigned no other service than yourselves, each and every night. Please keep them busy. They have such an experience of Unity that they want to share with you, and you will come away every morning more enriched in your service to Life.

And so I leave you now with the sweetest, most tangible experience of the Unity of All Life, knowing in my own Heart that I will see you soon and see you often through this entire year of Unity.
