THE FOCUS OF DEVIC STRENGTH AND BALANCE

In the Southeastern part of New South Wales, in Australia, is one of the greatest Centers of God Power on this Planet.

The Focus at Mount Kosciusko, the highest peak in Australia, is a Radiating Center of the Devarajahs, or Divine Rulers, who are Lords of the four Elements. These mighty Beings perform a continuous activity through the substance of Fire, Air, Water and Earth.

They are members of the Angelic Kingdom, and are sometimes referred to as Angels of the Four Cardinal Points. They supervise the seasons of the yearly cycle. While they supervise the activities of the Elements in conjunction with the service of mighty Helios and Vesta, Beloved Thor and Aries, Beloved Neptune and Lunara, and Beloved Pelleur and Virgo, Cosmic Law does not permit them to avert catastrophic action caused by humanity's willful destructive use of free will. They can, however, temper excessive weather conditions when so invoked... this is a very important fact to remember.

Let us now direct our attention to the actual Focus at Mount Kosciusko. The main reason the chelas have not been apprised of this Focus, at an earlier date, is due to the fact that heretofore the intensive pulsation of Light would have been too strenuous for their etheric vehicles.

In order to accommodate the chelas who will come here in their etheric garments, the mighty builders of Form have created an etheric duplicate over the mountain where the chelas will assemble.

The general public will be brought to another etheric Focus which has been created not far from the main Focus, where they will receive lessons in the rudimentary activities of the elements.

The chelas will first be escorted to this lesser amphitheater, for the majority are not well acquainted with the glorious service of the Elemental Kingdom. Then, when they proceed to the amphitheater at Mount Kosciusko, they will receive further instruction. Here they will be privileged to witness a procession of the Devas, who are members of this Focus, as they proceed from the four cardinal points. They will have the privilege of witnessing a glorious Deva expand his Light and take on the form required to render the specific service to which he has been assigned.

When first the chelas are presented to the Deva, they will see an exquisitely beautiful face, the eyes of blazing Light being the most noticeable, and then the form will become visible within the luminosity of his Presence. Perhaps you may be able to envision this in your waking consciousness, if you will consider the beauty one sees as he turns his attention to the Devas in a blue sky on a clear day. To be brought into closer proximity to these magnificent Beings is a privilege which must be earned. The wise and the humble chela will ask that he bring the memory of these experiences into his waking hours.

The activity of this Focus is brought to the forefront at this time because we are now definitely in the vibratory action of the Seventh Ray, and the activity has now been definitely launched when the Angels will walk and talk with humanity, and the fulfillment of that statement is a tremendous service to the evolutions upon this and other Planets, and it is time that the chelas realized more fully that they should serve with them and not just think of the Angels as being around in great numbers at specific Holy Seasons.

Since this Focus represents the Balancing Activity of the Elements, you will note the color of the Flame, Pink, Gold and Blue, has an intense degree of brilliance, the colors are truly vibrant. Remember, that this is a Focus of great Power, but it is balanced by the Flames of Wisdom and Pure Divine Love.

While the Beings serving at this Retreat are concerned primarily with weather conditions, it is expedient that the chela remember that his vehicles are composed of the four corresponding elements of fire, air, water and earth. As we have stated over and over - there is no separation in God's Heart, and what affects an element in one place causes a similar vibration in that element everywhere, the degree depending upon the vibratory action of each component.

I shall now give you a short resume of the description of the Focus itself. There are four theatres of action - each dedicated to a specific Element. These Chambers are of equal size, and are built within a circle in pie-shaped wedges, and in the very heart center of the Circle is a gigantic Three-fold Flame, which issues from the physical heart of the Mountain.

As the Seasons change, and the Devas are serving a specific part of the Globe at a given time, the kaleidoscope of color within these various theatres is magnificent. I shall have to let you rely on your own visualizing capacity to envision the glorious display of color tones.

Be prepared for a magnificent exhilaration of consciousness and of wellbeing which should result from your visits to this Focus.

I shall close, by giving you a brief word picture of Lord Lemuel, Hierarch of this Focus. He is a Member of the Angelic Kingdom, and first came to Earth with Lord Michael. He is a Being of great stature, whose eyes are like blazing Suns. His rather short wavy hair is so light in color it gives the appearance of being white and it forms a halo of light about his handsome, forceful face.
