Good Morning, dear chelas of the Spiritual Hierarchy, I bring you the Love and the Blessing of the Brotherhood at Kashmir.

It has been said by some of you that there is much of the Blue Ray around. I am a Disciplinarian, otherwise I would not be a world Teacher, and I assure you that I am speaking with the Love of God this day and always. You will perhaps find a different Kuthumi here today, different to you, not the 'flower picking' Kuthumi that you have known. I hope you are all well saturated with the Flame of Divine Love which has been spoken about during these meetings, for I wish you, with all the Love of my Being, to understand that every word I speak to you wears a garment of Pure Divine Love, otherwise you might be 'blown to bits'. Believe me when I say that I love you with all my Heart.

Dear God in Heaven, Creator of all that is, help me to show these blessed ones that I am stretching forth my Hand to bring them over the threshold into the Christ Consciousness. Once you taste its sweet Elixir, you will never wish to stray again... All right - here we go.

First of all, a little more of the happy mood. Those dear children yesterday... I give to the Teachers and anyone who had a part in that Performance all the compliments that can be showered upon them, and those darling little ones. Do you know when they raised those Swords of Blue Flame, Lord Michael directed a Ray of Blue into that room and into each of those children and all assembled, and much was accomplished with the Sword of Blue Flame Activity. (chelas stand). Thank you.

We do not always succeed in getting you into a truly happy mood, but yesterday you were very happy, very joyful, and I wish you to accept that same feeling from my Heart now.

Remember, when the young ones sang the song, and you joined them, you spoke about the Crown of the Elohim. I wonder if I were to ask you, and you, could you name, without hesitation, which Elohim was on each Ray, in the Crown of the Elohim on your forehead? Not many, you would pause a little and perhaps say "Which One is on that Ray?" Are you really familiar with the Activities of the mighty Elohim? Do you wear that Crown as a Spiritual adornment, or do you USE those Rays? Do you send your love and gratitude to these Beings and ask that every word that you precipitate, every thought you hold, is blessed by them?

If you will call to those mighty Beings, it takes but a minute, even if you do not speak each one's name, of course it is much more powerful when you do so, if you would say something to the effect - "Help me, Oh mighty Elohim, help me to precipitate as you do and bring forth God's Perfection, not only for myself but for this dear Planet", why your lower garments would be filled with the Light of the Seven Rays and it would blaze so brightly into your consciousness and thence would blend with the Cosmic Light to accelerate the Light of this Earth. Think about these simple Truths.

Now I do not wish to step on anyone's toes, that is not my intention, but we have said, and I repeat, and I shall repeat and repeat until you follow One Path. There are many Paths leading Home, but we require chelas in The Bridge to Freedom who will follow the Will of God as presented through this Avenue. The same Will of God flows through others of course. It does through many, many dedicated Activities, but you are supposed to be 'the cream of the crop', otherwise you would not have been drawn to Shamballa, to The Bridge, under the direct Radiation of the Lord of the World, Gautama. There shall be a sifting and a sorting until we do get truly dedicated chelas who do not have any reservations.

Let not anyone say "Oh, I'm dedicated. What is he talking about?" I am speaking the Will of God. We have given many, many beautiful Lessons through the years. This year we are presenting you with magnificent material, and if you were to study it, not go to the highways and byways to get more mental accretion, you would quickly enter the Consciousness of All Good.

Dear God, the mental bodies need clearing out. Store in them what you wish, you have free will, but the chelas of The Bridge to Freedom must be content, must be happy - they must be satisfied with what is released through this Activity to accomplish the Purpose at hand.

Remember to keep that in the forefront of your consciousness. We do not condemn anybody, that is not the way of the Master, but we are training an Army of Chelas to be the representatives of the Most High Living God, and it is necessary that you clear your consciousness of the many concepts which do not follow the pattern of our particular Service through The Bridge to Freedom.

I'm pausing for a moment... purposely... do you wish to bend the knee, to surrender the little self to the Christ? I am sure you do, you just need a little prodding, and I believe prodding is what you are getting. I must do this it is my responsibility. Beloved Lord Lanto is here with me and gives you his silent blessing, but is releasing his allotted time to me, for I guess all the Hierarchy know and think "while we have him, my humble self, on that tact, we better leave him alone; it is not often he gets that way". However, I am like a proud Parent.

I am grateful for this opportunity, and I love each and every one of you, and I do wish to assist you in every way I can.

Now getting back to carrying all those extra 'books' in your mental body, 'books' being a figure of speech. There are many cargoes to be carried on the River of Life. The many modes of conveyance of worldly goods are well thought out. You do not put perishable, unrefrigerated fruit with coal to travel to a special destination and not have any of it spoil.

You separate the commodities - all required to the general whole. One goes by air, one by steam, another by bus - all necessary to man's sustenance upon the Earth. I say to you, be careful what you carry in your consciousness as you go along the River of Life. Many a cargo you have carried, and when you reach the Home Port... the Inner Realms at the end of an embodiment... it wasn't of a perfect nature as you appeared before the Karmic Board.

Now we hope, we pray, we entreat those above us that this will be your last journey on this Earth, and unless it is deemed advisable that some special talent which you have developed will greatly assist in the Permanent Golden Age, that you have the privilege to signify you desire to return.

I think there are many in this room who has said "I will never raise my hand to volunteer again". Well you did this time and we love you for it. But be careful of the cargo you carry, and going back to reading and absorbing the books, newscasts, the radio and all manner of information.

You are amazed at what is taking place in the field of Science. You sometimes think of the learned men and women, and what they have accomplished. I say to you with all the authority and Presence of the Flame within my Being, each and every one of you within the sound of my voice, and all Life everywhere, has within the Flame in his heart... ALL THE POWER... to create, to bring forth - for humanity - that for which he came into embodiment. You have a specific Blueprint, for you are a part in the great Cosmic Scheme of Creation. Do not aspire to what the other fellow is doing.

It may not be a part of your service. Each one is equal, none greater than the other. And when one wants to bend the knee and cross the threshold and be that Golden Man in action, he is ready to accomplish that for which he came into embodiment. When I say 'he' I mean both sexes. Perchance there might be some 'Liberated ones' here, I will add that those on the Feminine Ray are pretty smart these days; I must now ease off for I do not wish you to think that I am 'spouting' too much.

Dear hearts of Light, you are most certainly among the most privileged people on this Planet, to be aware that the Earth is gradually moving into the next Orbit, and that the three great Beings of the Blue Ray came to assist this dear Planet which is still on a bended axis, straightening yes, but not straightened. Please get that clear in your consciousness. They came to assist when the Inbreath which will be taken from time to time to help move the Earth into her proper Orbit. Is that not Love; does that not take strength and show the Light and Dedication of these mighty Ones?

With all the Power that I am releasing this day, I say to you, it is to strengthen the steel of your spirit so that you will be ready when the Cosmic Law says "Enough - the time is NOW", we wish you all to be prepared, and for everyone that is possible... IF... there is a great IF... if you will let go of the human and come into the Christ Consciousness. That Golden Man is literally bursting the bonds of the flesh body with its Light, endeavoring to raise your consciousness out of the lower realms, into Heaven's Realms. Surely you know from the manner in which I am speaking today that we are aware of what goes on in both Realms, and it is to put you in the proper frame of mind, into a consciousness of ALL GOOD that we have spoken during this Conference with the FULL AUTHORITY OF THE FIRST RAY.

Have I been too severe - I hope not?

Dear Father-Mother God, the Supreme Source of All Life... I entreat you to fill the consciousness of these blessed ones with the Flame of God Illumination... and I hereby pledge my all to you, Almighty One... I am ready, I am willing, to go to the Throne of the mighty Alpha and Omega and if they wish to vest me with more Service, I shall gladly release any additional Energy required to help these dear ones.

CONFERENCE OF THE SPIRITUAL HIERARCHY

Preceding the Children’s Program Beloved Kuthumi stated:

"My dear Friends here assembled, I hope that I can convey to you the great Joy which is within my Being as I look upon your efforts which will result in establishing my school at Shamballa. I trust that my feelings will serve this purpose.

Going back to the days following Crotona, you will realize that I have held a Vision of a School in my Consciousness, one dedicated specifically to the Teachings of the Spiritual Hierarchy. For many a year I have sought individuals who have shown promise of accepting the Directives which I have nurtured in my Being for the Instruction of the Young. Some illumined individuals have established Schools for this purpose and have partially carried out the Divine Design.

Last year, when you set aside a place for the little ones to assemble for specific instruction, a Ray of God Illumination was anchored here for the externalization of a School on this Holy Site. The pulsation of that Ray is growing stronger, and in the not too distant future we hope to have a School which will follow the Pattern set up by those of us who are specifically engaged in the Instruction of the young in the Way of Light.

Beloved Mother Mary, also, is holding the Divine Concept for this School, and as you know she is particularly interested in family life and the rearing of the young in the manner of the Children of the New Age.

Now let us not delay the Presentation of these little ones, so I shall just tell the beloved chelas, who are training these children, that you have my deep, abiding Love and Gratitude for this glorious Service to Life, the training of the future Flame Bearers, expressing the Light for all to see.
