Children of Light, it is my great privilege to be at Shamballa at this momentous time, and I bow in reverence to the Life which beats your hearts, as I bring you Greetings from the Brotherhood at the Rocky Mountain Retreat. I know you will be pleased to learn that the Beloved Lanto, our Patriarch, is here today and will remain for the week. 

Kindly be seated. 

Now please enter deeply within the Threefold Flame in your hearts. As I accelerate the Flame of God Illumination within you, I bring these simple words of Wisdom which I pray will result in a permanent expansion of the Christ Consciousness within you.

I ask that you kindly visualize a mighty Chalice of Light filled with the Golden Essence of God Illumination in the atmosphere over this building today, surrounded by Legions of the Angels of the Second Ray, pouring the Elixir of God Illumination from that Vessel into your beings. Please pause for a moment and see all of your vehicles become so filled with the Golden Light that you are truly the Golden Man - the Christ - with your auras pulsating expressions of Light' 

NOW... your consciousness should be so anchored with the Sacred Elixir of the Most High Living God that your thoughts cannot wander off into diverse fields, but you will be receptive to the glorious outpouring of Light from the Angels who serve with the Brothers of the Golden Robe, who are in attendance here today! 

Permit me to assure you that the Karmic Board were especially pleased with the progress which you and all chelas serving the Light have made in the First six months of this year. At the half-yearly Council, your individual Sponsors had the pleasure of presenting your records with great joy in their Hearts, for you are all steadfastly advancing in the Light and are 'making good' as it were, by releasing your energy toward the Petitions which you have presented. 

I would like to say at this juncture that you have volunteered for many projects of which your outer consciousness is not aware. You will remember that the Beloved Serapis, in his discourse at the Transmission of the Flame Ceremony, the report of which you received in THE BULLETIN on the Sunday following, that you were being assigned an Angel from the Luxor Retreat to convey you to special assignments! Beloved Serapis was so desirous of having you fulfill your inner pledges that he detailed these Angels to make sure that you released your energy to the specific cause or causes which you had pledged to assist! Do you not see how the Members of the Spiritual Hierarchy seize every opportunity to assist you and all Life? 

Before I proceed to another topic, I would like to say to all the beloved BRIDGE subscribers who do not receive THE BULLETIN that they are by-passing a tremendous opportunity to receive further God Illumination, and to increase their Service to the Light through the Holy Instruction which comes forth in THE BULLETIN! 

Since the first six months of this year have passed, I have carefully looked into the consciousness of the chelas and their service to ascertain various points which I might bring to you today to further assist you in your progress in the Light. One, of course, is the fact that so many do not receive THE BULLETIN, and another is the specific activity of the year through the dedication of the glorious Sponsors. 

Most of the chelas are cooperating in a commendable manner through the activity of the Elements insofar as weather conditions are concerned, but many overlook the fact that their vehicles are composed of the elements of earth, water, air and fire. This is a fundamental truth of which they are aware. Many call for the purification of these elements in their own vehicles - true - but how many take the time to go directly to the Sponsors themselves and invoke their specific activity through their vehicles? Yes, occasionally they mention their names; visualize the Thought Form and turn their attention to Beloved Surya, who in his graciousness is releasing the Flame of Peace in, through and around the Thought Form for this year. 

May I humbly counsel you to tune into the Momentum of the individual Sponsors and avail yourselves of this affiliations Ask, for example, the mighty Helios and Vesta to send their Messengers of Light into your Sanctuaries and Homes, and into your individual beings to saturate your souls with the Flame of God Illumination, with the Wisdom of the Supreme Source. You could treat every vehicle in this manner. 

Certainly Beloved Pelleur and Virgo would be very grateful for your Calls to transmute the gross bodies which you wear, and when I say ‘you’ I refer to the mankind of this Earth. Beloved Virgo's Garment is in the process of purification, and you should, as chelas, do everything in your power to give assistance in this very necessary activity. 

Do you not think that the Beloved Neptune and Lunara would be grateful to have you add your energy to the purification of the Water Element? Your newsprint and your television are filled with pictures of the defilement of that Element, and the same applies to the Element of Air, directed by the mighty Thor and Aries! 

If you would invoke the various Directors of the Elements to release the Essence from their Beings into your individual complementary garments, and after bathing yourselves in this release, you would have a greater supply of the commodity so invoked for your garments to be pulsating with the Light of the Gods and you would be in a more advantageous position to assist Life in all the Kingdoms! 

I suggest that the Directors of a specific Element be individually invoked, and then if you wish to use the Decree grouping all the Elements you would find a greater release of God’s Energy. Permit me to give you an example. 

Previous to this Address I had the privilege of consultation with the Directors of the Elements, and they graciously consented to give you special assistance today. Will you now please stand, and feel the fiery substance from the Hearts of Helios and Vesta enter your beings and fill them with the Light from their Hearts. Feel, oh feel the Fire Element course through your emotional, mental, etheric and physical vehicles. (Director, please pause for a moment). 

Now the Element of Air from the mighty Thor and Aries (pause). The Water Element from the great Neptune and Lunara (pause). This treatment of the Emotional Vehicle is so necessary at this hour! 

And the Element of Earth being treated by the Light from the mighty Pelleur and Virgo. (pause) Can you not now feel the happiness of the gnomes, the undines, the sylphs and the salamanders which compose your garments? Thank you, beloved ones, for standing. Kindly now be seated. 

As I gaze upon your vehicles I can see the elemental substance like minute Fairies dancing in the Sunlight after a beautiful Spring Shower! You can sustain this buoyant feeling in your garments - IF you will remember to invoke the individual Sponsors of this Year, and continue this treatment of your garments daily! 

You well know that the release of the Thought Form and the names of the Sponsors is given for a specific reason, and that is to set a Pattern for the Yearly Cycle. I know your sincerity, and that you are all desirous of cooperating to your full potential in this Service of restoring the Elements in, through and around the Earth to their pristine Purity and Perfection. I assure you the Sponsors of the year will be most grateful for your further cooperation. 

I humbly counsel you, to feel the Angels of the Golden Robe, which have come with me today, enfold you in their Love, and they will remain with you through the ensuing twenty-four hour period. ACCEPT THEM - feel their Love of Service and deep, deep REVERENCE FOR ALL LIFE! 

The Blessing of the Beloved Lord Lanto, all of the Brotherhood of the Royal Teton Retreat, including my humble self, salute the Presence of God "I AM" within each of you, and all Life as I bow in deep Reverence to the Life which animates your beings.
