Summer Conference Address

Beloved Himalaya

June 29, 1970

Blessed dear chelas, I love you1 When I make that statement you are enfolded in the Essence of the very Nature of my Being, for wherever "I AM" Love abides. Feel a gigantic Heart of Pink Light in this room and accept its Radiation, and you will realize that the Love of my Being is in every part of that Light. 

Ah Love, it is the Heart Center of all manifestation, for nothing could express in any form without its use. I have employed it in all the activities of my Retreat, that Focus which is known as the "Blue Lotus", and the Flame of Wisdom and Peace which has flowed there from has carried within itself the Sacred Essence of Pure Divine Love. 

Now that I have anointed your vehicles with the Cohesive Power of Divine Love, it is my privilege and pleasure to proceed with the Discourse. 

As you are aware, through the graciousness of the Supreme Source, "I AM" the Manu of the Fourth Root Race and it is my responsibility to attend that race and all its sub-races until every member shall have achieved the Victory of the Ascension in the Light. 

The majority of the physical treasures at the Blue Lotus Retreat were transferred a few years ago to the South American Retreat of the God and Goddess Meru. Following your visit to our Retreat next month, in fact on the 15th of August when we conclude our special Radiation, the remaining treasures will be transported to their assigned location in South America. 

The Brotherhood of the Blue Lotus Retreat and I shall keep the Light blazing at our Retreat in the Himalayas and sustain the Masculine Ray anchored there, until every member of the Fourth Root Race is free in the Light - that day, my dear friends, is not far distant! Every child of my Heart will be in the Inner Realms before long and at that time I shall fold my garments about me and remove myself from the physical atmosphere of Earth. Then all of my children who have not completely purified themselves and are ready to enter the Ascension Flame in their final Victory will serve in the special Temples which are being set up in the Etheric Realm. These are not the regular Ascension Temples about which you already know, but some which have been prepared by the Builders of Form under my supervision. They will occupy a certain section of the Etheric Realm where the Luminous Presence of my Being will ensoul them in a canopy of the Golden Light of the Flames of Wisdom and Peace. 

Can you not see, hearts of Light, how we love our children? Those from my Being who have not received their final Victory I must, through Love, take into the Inner Realms so that they may complete their purification. This is a necessary step, and I assure you it is my privilege to render this Service, for the Cosmic Law has been most patient through the centuries. However, the time is fast approaching when Cosmic Changes will take place and more of the Children of Beloved Lord Saithrhu must come to Earth when a purified habitat will be provided after the Planetary Changes occur. I shall, of course, appreciate any calls which you may care to give on behalf of the Fourth Root Race Members so that they may quickly gain their Freedom in the Light) 

As you know, the Masculine Ray is anchored in the physical substance of the Earth at our Focus, but since the Feminine Ray is now gaining its God-ordained prominence, we shall hold the anchorage of the Masculine Ray from our Focus in the Etheric Realm, into the very Earth itself at our present Retreat in the Himalayan Mountains. 

One has but to glance through your newsprint and the television programs to see the activities of some of the lifestreams who are in feminine embodiment to see the feeling of the Feminine Ray coming to the fore. Calls would not be amiss for these ladies so that their attitudes about Reforms, as you call them, are not tainted with militant action. Call for the Flame of God within to guide them and those individuals with constructive ideas to be in the foreground and for the Sacred Fire to blaze through all in a balanced manner, bringing the Gifts of the Christ in all. 

You all know the statement that behind every man who gains prominence in the world of form there is the guidance of a woman, be it Mother, Wife, Daughter, Sister or Friend. That statement should be amended to - at the side, on an equal basis, will the ladies take the place which is ordained for them. It is so ordained, because the Feminine Ray is coming into prominence. Now I do not mean to imply that one must have a feminine vehicle to do the constructive work of the New Age, for you know that both the masculine and feminine qualities are present in every lifestream. 

The activity of the Feeling World is what is coming into prominence and that glorious service is supervised by the Beloved Holy Æolus and the Maha Chohan. They embody the Feminine Activity in a magnificent manner, for they dispense the God Qualities of the Feeling Nature which is associated so prominently with the Aquarian Age. 

It is the emotional nature of man which must be quickly purified and stabilized, otherwise God Precipitation of the glorious Gifts of the Kingdom of Heaven are curtailed. I say to you today, with all the power and conviction of my Being - mankind shall cease the devastating activity of emotional imbalance! I counsel each of you to further purify your emotional nature so that the Spiritual Hierarchy may use your lifestreams in expanded capacity to bring in the Gifts of the Seventh Ray, in the New Age of Freedom upon this Planet. 

Why do we continually counsel you to purify your four lower vehicles? It is through an act of Mercy of the Cosmic Law which will avert much chaos which could ensue at the time of Planetary Changes! 

We are not preparing you for disaster. We are admonishing you, in Love, to be ready to be ourselves in action on the Earth, where the balanced Radiation of Love, Wisdom and Power can enfold the evolutions of this Planet in the Peace, Comfort and Love of the Holy Spirit. Each of you is destined to become a Holy Spirit - the Spirit of God, that glorious pulsating Reservoir of Light from whence all of the Gifts and Virtues of the Universe flow to enrich all life. 

For the remainder of this day, my Luminous Presence will stand in the atmosphere above Long Island and will saturate her and all life here on in the Pink Flame of Pure Divine Love and Long Island being the Heart Center of the Spiritual Hierarchy, there shall flow the enfolding Love of the Father-Mother God to all the evolutions of this Planet. 

Wise is the chela who will avail himself of this great Outpouring!
