Balanced Activity of the Seventh Ray

10, 1970 Ah, my friends, how I love you! It is for this reason that I come to you at this hour to bring you a short dissertation on the glorious Divine Alchemy of the Violet Flame.You have contemplated the Seventh Ray as the Violet Ray to the Earth. You have thought about it as the merciful and transmutation activity of the Sacred Fire whereby mankind can have their sins expiated without anguish and suffering; and the greater number of you have used this activity for many years in an endeavor to purify the sweet Earth and her evolutions and many of you have witnessed the beneficent results of this service, but at times you have wondered how many more times a Decree would have to be given for a specific problem!
Blessed ones, no man living has touched even the periphery of the Transmuting Power of the Violet Ray, for I tell you truly that there can be no heartache, no physical, mental or emotional distress, or no shadow for anyone who conscientiously and determinedly makes use of the Transmuting Action of that Flame. However, it is always left to the discretion and freewill of the evolving being as to how much or how little of God's Graces he chooses to avail himself.
Today, I come to bring to your attention the seldom stressed balance of the Seventh Ray, which is the creative activity through Ritual and Ceremonial.
In the many books and brochures that have been written, the Seventh Ray has been referred to as 'The Ceremonial Ray', and yet the good people who have written so glibly apparently have never thought of what it really meant.
There are certain physical acts, certain postures of body, certain invocations and gestures, certain incantations by the vocal cords that are natural conductors for the Ethers of the Higher Realms.
The Spiritual Worship of the future will employ to its fullest all of the various agencies that tend to raise the senses of man. Man is sense-bound, his senses tie him with bonds of iron to the bodies of the Earth and wise is the man who uses the Seventh Ray Activity as a lever to loose the bondage and set him free from the pull of the lower senses.
Colors that have drawn the emotional body into debauchery are replaced by the tones and shades that flow through the eyes into the inner bodies and by their soothing rates change the vibratory action of the flesh form and the inner world of the individual.
Sounds that, through broken rhythm, have shattered the 'mortar' and destroyed the harmony of the lifestream are replaced by tones and sounds that set the spirit winging free of the flesh form into the Heart of God.
Pungent cooking odors and impurity are replaced by the delicate fragrances of the flowers and holy incense that reminds the bounden spirit of some long lost but sweet land of beauty to be regained, and gradually through the natural growth of nature will the precipitated elixirs train the taste until the desires of the flesh body are replaced by the insatiable thirst for righteousness, and the feelings are encouraged by the outpouring of peace and Harmony that flood through the class work and the individual application of the aspiring souls, until the inner bodies are eager to absorb those Ascended Master Qualities rather than the temporary sensation aroused by gossip, impurity and condemnation. Thus the channels of the sensation that brought bondage are used in a Ceremonial Activity to bring Freedom.
We are yet in the formative stage and crude and undeveloped are the Magnets of Beauty that will one day shine so powerfully that the masses will automatically rush toward their outpouring for Peace, Happiness and Enlightenment.
Each dear chela who has become a member of 'my family' will serve me best as he becomes an expression of Beauty and a constant, living, breathing Finger of Light pointing mankind to the highest in every activity of his daily inner and outer living. Thus, does every man and woman become a Priest or Priestess in the Temple of the World, and every gesture and word and action becomes a Ceremony to the Flame - the Flame in one's own heart and the Pulsating Flame of all that lives.
As you will remember that the “I AM” Presence walks through the body, the Presence breathes through your body, the Presence breathes through your lungs, the Presence flashes the Fire through your eyes, will you realize that your bodies are but the Cup through which the God Presence chooses to perform the Ceremonial of daily living for the upliftment of all mankind.
